StrategyWiki is an independent wiki providing strategy guides and walkthroughs for various games.
The wiki has its own separate message board, the ABXY forums.
History
StrategyWiki was originally founded on December 18, 2005, by Echelon. His reason for starting the wiki was in response to other game guide websites, such as GameFAQs, who would not move forward in website design and continued relying on tricks such as ASCII art.
In December 2008, member Procyon established ABXY LLC for the purpose of creating a community around StrategyWiki, such as forums.
Having already affiliated itself with a number of NIWA member wikis, StrategyWiki joined NIWA itself on October 15, 2010, and became the tenth official member.
