Richard Anderson Falk (født 1930) er en amerikansk jurist, professor emeritus i folkerett ved Princeton University og forfatter av en rekke bøker om folkerettslige emner. Han er FNs spesialrapportør for menneskerettighetssituasjonen i de palestinske områdene okkupert siden 1967. Han ble utnevnt i 2008 og etterfulgte den sørafrikanske juristen John Dugard. I 2008 ble han som FNs spesialrapportør arrestert og utvist fra Israel, noe FNs høykommissær for menneskerettigheter Navanethem Pillay kalte uhørt.[4] Richard A. Falk har beskrevet seg som amerikansk jøde.[5]
