Usage

- colour name (optional, defaults to PAGENAME)
- 2
- colour in hex, as RRGGBB, with no preceeding "#"; e.g.:
- FF536B
- FF0000 for red
- 00FF00 for green
- 0000FF for blue
example
[<small>మార్చు</small>]{{colour panel|vermilion|BB3720}} produces:

If the colour is the pagename, {{colour panel|BB3720}} will produce the same result. Here of course, the page title being "colour panel/doc", it produces:
