Comment: Well done on creating the draft, and it may potentially meet the relevant requirements (including WP:GNG, WP:ANYBIO, WP:NPROF) but presently it is not clear that it does. As you may know, Wikipedia's basic requirement for entry is that the subject is notable. Essentially subjects are presumed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. Pedro C. Neto(born 19 April 1997) is a Portuguese computer scientist working primarily in the fields of machine learning, computer vision, biometrics, and digital pathology. He a Artificial Intelligence Scientist at Unilabs and Teaching Assistant at University of Porto.[1]
He is known for his contributions on computer vision approaches to tackle the detection of colorectal cancer from whole-slide images (WSI).[2][3][4] Recently, his contributions on the topics of face recognition, explainable AI and fairness in face recognition have been awarded with the EAB Max Snijder Award.[5]
