Ousmane Diop (born February 19, 2000) is a Senegalese professional basketball player for Olimpia Milano of the Italian Lega basket serie A and the EuroLeague. He is a player with a great physique and good athleticism, with his 6'7'' by 220 lb he is mainly able to play the role of center, but also that of power forward; he knows how to play both front and back to the basket.
Professional career
[edit]He made his debut in Italy in the 2016–17 season of the Serie A2 league, in Pallacanestro Udine, a team with which, in the following season, he played in the play-offs of the East Group. In August 2018 he signed a four-year contract with the Dinamo Sassari.[1][2]
Personal life
[edit]Even though Diop hasn't got Italian citizenship, he has Italian formation.
