Hello, there is a typo in the name of the theorem.
The true name of the middle author is Charles François Diguet. You can find a summary of his life here: https://sites.google.com/site/rolandbrasseur/4---les-mathematiciens-du-cimetiere-du-montparnasse — Preceding unsigned comment added by 152.77.66.130 (talk) 14:15, 15 June 2017 (UTC)
I am not enough of a Wikipedian to go along the paths to change the entry name, etc.
The reference is available here in digitised form http://sites.mathdoc.fr/JMPA/feuilleter.php?id=JMPA_1848_1_13 The three papers by Bertrand, Diguet and Puiseux are published as a sequel, so the reference given in the article is slightly incorrect.
A few years ago, I tried to trace the origin of the error in Diguet's name (who is only known for this theorem). I concluded that it originated from Spivak's book, with possible amplification by a lecture at Bourbaki seminar by Berard-Bergery. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 152.77.66.130 (talk) 14:05, 15 June 2017 (UTC)
