[edit]Plese be aware that this page is constantly edited by unscrupulous people who want to erase the name of Dottie's daughter, Reba Rambo-McGuire. In general, unscrupulous people come to no good end, and I would suggest a change of heart. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Carla mcccombs (talk • contribs) 00:21, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
I thought I read that Dottie Rambo was passed away. Isn't that true? Ratso 01:11, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
Either your thinking isn't clear or you read bad information; she's still alive.
Surprisingly, Dottie's not mocked and scorned on this page by the plethora of Wickedpedia's God-hating editors who love to do their "neutral" journalism bit (read: "yellow" by objective viewers, e.g., Kent Hovind) on Christians. I guess Dottie's under their radar or they want to use this page as a shining example of their "impartiality." It's actually quite favorable; not impartial as Wickpedia requires. But then again, it's nowhere near the polar extreme partiality of the Hovind page.

- To whomever recently edited this page:
- I appreciate your point of view on Wikipedia's bias against Christians. I agree with you on many points, but many of your statements are not about this article.
- I trust that you will agree with the following statement from the talk page guidelines:
- Keep on topic: Talk pages are not for general conversation. Keep discussions on the topic of how to improve the associated article. Irrelevant discussions are subject to removal.
- If you want to discuss this on my talk page, that would be great.
- With reference to this article, I think that we should continue to work on neutrality, even though, in my opinion, other articles are slanted against Christian values. If we create a high-quality impartial article, then the slanted articles will be clearly seen by contrast. 1diot 17:27, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
Composer
[edit]I just carved a bit out of composer:
However ASCAP and BMI only show several hundred registered titles in its online database to date. In the case of ASCAP, this disparity may be attributed to the possibility that all of a given writer’s titles may not yet have been uploaded to their database. She was nevertheless a prolific composer and ....
The reference given was a search of the composers database, which would give the number of songs registered to her. There was no reference given for the reason for it. If it can be referenced reliably, I have no problem with it being put back in. @-Kosh► Talk to the Vorlons►Markab-@ 16:17, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
- Because one of the items removed was referenced, I reverted the removal, albeit with a further edit. Lhb1239 (talk) 16:29, 7 September 2011 (UTC)

Issues
[edit]Which of the several movies titled Undertow was her music found in?
The first two sentences in the halls of fame paragraph need work. Maybe the whole paragraph could be reworked a bit.
The tribute album info should be updated, since it was set to be released in 2021.
