I don't think this article is exactly a stub, it is more a definition that is potentially helpful in some other pages. This material may well be covered better somewhere else but I've no idea how to find out. Servalo 20:54, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Meaning when referring to a derivative

I corrected the definition of Long when referring to derivatives, as the definition stated that being long in a derivative implied that the holder profited if the value of the underlying instrument increases, which isn't true for the holder of a put option.
