Conspiracy
[edit]Seems to be missing the involvement of Paul Moritz Warburg, a significant part of its story.
Bank?
[edit]The article title is misleading; the word 'bank' was not originally part of the name. The Manhattan Company was founded as a water company with limited banking powers. One of the following should happen with this article: 1) it should be moved, expanded and renamed, 'The Manhattan Company', or 2) 'The Manhattan Company' could become a separate article about the early days as a water company.
