Should this template include St. Louis?
[edit]The county seats templates for Nevada and Maryland both include their respective independent cities of Carson City and Baltimore. This makes me think that we should include the independent city of St. Louis on Missouri's template. This would probably require a rework of how the template is organized. The Nevada and Maryland templates are organized slightly differently from one another. Personally I like the organization of Maryland's template a little better, though I'm not sure if the distinction between city/town/CDP would really be necessary for Missouri, since nearly all of its county seats are cities.
