hime1999 has lived in Japan, Indonesia, Livejournal, and pixiv for the last 5 years of her life. She is born to a couple of digital immigrants, and while largely a digital native herself, she still has some of the immigrant habits, like her attachment to paperbacks instead of PDFs, though this is largely because she cannot bring her laptop into the bathroom.
She currently works as the slave for a Japanese multinational company while continues to devote most of her waking time to do fanwork. Her fandoms, in the past and present, are Yuu Yuu Hakusho, Gundam Wing, Weiss Kreuz, Harry Potter, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Axis Powers Hetalia. She is also trying to finish her original work that has been started since 1999 (eventhough she secretly thinks that the bloody thing will never see the daylight in her lifetime).

- She is as conceited as the rumor has it.
- She used to be nicknamed 'the Colonel' and will still answer to that.
- Contrary to popular belief, she did not start her career in the fandom as an artist. She has written fanfictions for 5 years before she started to publish fanarts under a different pseudonym.
- She was a temporary drummer for the band a.k.a.
- She speaks English, Indonesian, Japanese, Javanese and currently learning Finnish, German, and Spanish (Castilian). She plans to also learn Afrikaans, Arabic, Dutch, French, Hindi, Icelandic, Latin, Mandarin, Russian, Swahili, and Swedish. (whether she will be able to do all of them in one lifetime is a matter of discussion). One of her goals in life is to be able to go to any part of the world and understand what the locals are talking about.
