She plans to stick mostly to Wikignoming. She's more than a little nuts about botany. She finds it awkward to talk about herself in the encyclopedic third person.

IRL, this user is Alexa DiNicola, an early-career botanist and plant systematist. She will cite her own work if and only if it is appropriate to do so per WP:SELFCITE. She is not a paid editor, just a graduate student and teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Botany. Her primary area of study is the evolution of the Potentilla breweri complex (which also includes P. drummondii, P. bruceae, P. versicolor, P. amicarum, and P. norrelmukana). She has previously been employed by Boise State University and the College of Idaho, and is an alumna of the Ohio State University.
