[edit]Hi. Your page-moves are not in keeping with Wikipedia:Moving a page and Wikipedia's naming conventions, and have been reverted. Thanks for reviewing the guidelines before making any further page-moves. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 02:02, 3 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Amedeo Modigliani. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. Belbury (talk) 20:09, 3 October 2024 (UTC)
Pages moves
[edit]Your page moves continue to be problematic, and you don’t seem to have heeded the warnings immediately above. You’ve today moved Troy Hunt to Troy A. Hunt with the summary "This term is more commonly used". I don’t know what evidence you have for that assertion, but I’m completely confident that it is false. In any event, you should not move BLP articles without discussion.
You’ve done the same thing multiple times since you became autoconfirmed in April this year:
- Viola Desmond to Viola I. Desmond, reverted by admin Paul Erik as "undiscussed move, not in keeping with naming conventions"
- Pierre Poilievre to Pierre M. Poilievre, reverted by Masterhatch as "undiscussed move"
- Amedeo Modigliani to Amedeo C. Modigliani, reverted by Belbury as as "undiscussed move".
Please don’t make a further page moves without obtaining consensus on the talk page. MichaelMaggs (talk) 14:21, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
