[edit]Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Fareed Sadat article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 16:18, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
- Please do not add or change content, as you did at Fareed Sadat, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. GiantSnowman 14:59, 29 October 2023 (UTC)
According to both WP:MOSETHNICITY and WP:FOOTY consensus, secondary/acquired citizenships belong in the article body, not the lede. Until a player, such as Fabiano Beltrame, has represented their secondary/acquired nation, the lede acknowledges only the nationality of their birth. Please stop changing Beltrame's flag at PSBS Biak to Indonesia, as Indonesia is his secondary/acquired citizenship, he has never represented Indonesia at any level, and he was originally, and remains, eligible to represent Brazil. A tag has been placed on Category:Japanese expatriate sportspeople in Armenia indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 01:20, 31 October 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
