Road articles
[edit]Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia! While we appreciate your contributions to articles on specific roads in the Philippines, please be reminded that any unsourced information will be removed. In order for your articles not to be deleted, please add references to reliable sources supporting the road's notability and verifiability. I also have issues with Amparo Heights Road as it is does not appear to be a notable thoroughfare. Also, Asin Road, Bonifacio Avenue, Governor Pack Road, Kisad Road and Legarda Road are too short and do not mention any thing more than the basic descriptions or why it is notable to have their own articles. Again, without citations from sources, all your articles will be deleted. Please improve those articles before creating any more unsourced entries. Thanks--RioHondo (talk) 07:09, 25 October 2015 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Bataan Transit Co., and it appears to include material copied directly from http://fun-philippines.com/bataan-transit-balanga-cubao-manila-bus-schedule/.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of Bataan Transit
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Bataan Transit requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.bataantransit.com/about-us/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion nomination of ALPS The Bus, Inc.
[edit]Hello Robertogamerxxx,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged ALPS The Bus, Inc. for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. —OluwaCurtis »» (talk to me) 14:04, 5 December 2015 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:Ambet Rivera Nabus.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Ambet Rivera Nabus.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 21:43, 7 October 2016 (UTC)
Hi! I noticed that you changed List of programs broadcast by DZMM from a redirect to DZMM-AM back into a stand alone list. There are some problems with that, mostly that Wikipedia is not a directory, and also the list was sourced entirely to Facebook, which is not a reliable source. I have changed it back to a redirect. If you have any questions, let me know. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 19:55, 14 October 2016 (UTC)
The article Ambet Nabus has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no reliable references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Whpq (talk) 05:18, 15 October 2016 (UTC)

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Orphaned non-free image File:MOR 101.9 Logo 2018.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:MOR 101.9 Logo 2018.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:04, 4 July 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Andrewgprout. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Cathay Pacific fleet, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Andrewgprout (talk) 23:12, 6 September 2019 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on cathay pacific fleet; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Andrewgprout (talk) 23:29, 6 September 2019 (UTC)

You have shown interest in gender-related disputes or controversies or in people associated with them. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}}

Pronunciation note for Sue Ramirez
[edit]Hello Robertogamerxxx, I noticed that you effectively undid my move of the pronounciation note for Sue Ramirez. Now I admit I do not speak or understand Tagalog (while I do understand a little Spanish); however I would be extremely surprised if [ɾaˈmiɾɛs] were really the Tagalog pronunciation of any part of "Sue Anna Garina Dodd", and not of "Ramirez". But feel free to enlighten me if I am misinformed or have failed to notice a reason why it might be preferable to have the pronunciation note in the place where you returned it to.
-- Svenman (talk) 13:36, 4 September 2022 (UTC)
- I've now moved the pronunciation note back to after "Ramirez". Having two separate parentheses within the same sentence may be inelegant, but nevertheless seems justified to me, as the birth date is a property of the actual person, while the pronunciation is a property of her stage name. Also, apologies for my partially confrontational undertone in my previous post; I am genuinely interested to know if I might be unaware of anything potentially relevant for this matter.

Replaceable fair use File:Shanghai Disneyland logo.svg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Shanghai Disneyland logo.svg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 6 December 2022 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:Kabayan Title Card 2020.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Kabayan Title Card 2020.jpg.
If you take this step, add {{permission pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
Here is a list of your uploads. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 14:37, 26 February 2023 (UTC)

Renaming of Miss Universe Philippines and various redirects
[edit]Hi Robertogamerxxx, What is going on with the moving and redirects around Miss Universe Philippines, and a redirect to draft space from one of the redirects? Cheers, · · · Peter Southwood (talk): 15:12, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
- On first sight, it looks like an attempt to perform a round-robin page move without the required "suppressredirect" permission... Perhaps Robertogamerxxx can explain. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 15:20, 13 May 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in R'Bonney Gabriel, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please stop wikilinking countries per MOS:OVERLINK Sciencefish (talk) 22:45, 1 June 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Sciencefish. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Miss USA, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. The current citation does not support your addition. Sciencefish (talk) 07:52, 2 August 2023 (UTC)

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Not using the edit summary
[edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! TheHotwiki (talk) 06:06, 3 January 2024 (UTC)
Unreferenced edits
[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Christine Bersola-Babao, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. TheHotwiki (talk) 06:07, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

Notice
[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! Hotwiki (talk) 06:33, 10 September 2024 (UTC)
Subtle vandalism
[edit]Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. At least one of your edits on the page Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, while it may have been in good faith, was difficult to distinguish from vandalism. To help other editors understand the reason for the changes, you can use an edit summary for your contributions. You can also take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Hotwiki (talk) 17:20, 15 September 2024 (UTC)
