Was considering tagging it for Speedy Deletion but then I figured bringing it here would be better. I fail to see how mr. Horn is meeting the notability criteria. His list of medals is impressive but unsourced and his current work doesn't make him notable. Also, I can't find much about him apart from blurbs on promotional/personal websites.
