fails WP:BIO. the keep arguments from last AfD were far from convincing , trying to argue inherent notability rather than satisfying the significant coverage test. coverage is mainly 1 line mentions and is not about him as a subject. there is no inherent notability in being an ambassador including to a "major" country.
