Oppose: The proposer provides no argument for deletion at all. The article clearly needs improvement, but Mamanova is a notable figure in Kazakhstani history. She is the subject of a recent book: Pecherskikh, V.E. (Ed.), 2020. Khalida Mamanova: sbornik dokumentov i materialov. Print express, Almaty. ISBN: 9786017946364.
