Comment the subject has a knack for generating publicity about themselves but these are routine roles and non-notable awards. I can’t really assess Russian sources well but it all looks pretty unconvincing. Mccapra (talk) 19:23, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete per WP:POLOUTCOMES, and WP:SALT, as this appears to be some propaganda artist for an authoritarian government.
