Pakistan-related WikiProjects

This is a follow-up to Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:WikiProject Demographics of Pakistan. Over the course of two days in January 2010, a now-indeffed sock created several WikiProject pages on Pakistan-related topics. I'm proposing for deletion the 16 that have never attracted substantial contributions from any other editor, and have only automated messages on the talk pages. List:

Comment - Note that two of the projects (Wikipedia:WikiProject Gilgit-Baltistan and Wikipedia:WikiProject Pakistani roads) appear to have a project page structure at first glance, but it's actually just the Wikipedia:WikiProject Pakistan templates, and all the links and assessment table are just for WP:PAKISTAN. There's not actually been any effort to start these projects as far as I can tell. Ajpolino (talk) 22:24, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Delete all – AFAIK it's not the first time a single editor has created a group of WikiProjects, and the standard is to delete them, barring other editors who want to continue with the project. If other editors wanted to restart one or more of the projects in the future, they can recreate the page. – Levivich 23:33, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete all Imaginary Wiki-Projects created by a sock-puppet account and shunned by other editors. Nothing to save. Just delete all this junk. Any can be re-created later if and when a real group of editors is behind such a proposal. Newshunter12 (talk) 07:13, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Keep some - @Ajpolino: Let's not get hung up on them being called "WikiProjects." They quack like taskforces and there are many other instances across enwiki of similar phrasing. It looks like a few of them, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, Lahore, and Pakistani biota are supported by the template of the parent project, {{WikiProject Pakistan}}. These should be considered separately, and in my opinion should be kept. --Nessie (talk) 19:51, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
- I disagree that these are similar to task forces. A task force is a group of editors collaborating on some topic that fits within a larger WikiProject. Having separate task force pages allows that group to collaborate without drowning out (or being drowned out by) the larger project's pages. The pages I've listed here have never been used for collaborating on a topic. The talk pages have exclusively been posted on during automated messaging runs. The project pages have not been used for topic improvement. They're just pages with "WikiProject" in the name that a user created (likely with excellent intentions) that now serve no purpose. If some group of editors wishes to organize around improving Pakistani biota articles in the future (or any of these other topics), I don't think these pages are going to help them any. Delete All as abandoned crud by a suckpoppet, but pinging users who might be listening, just to see if they want to take over these abandoned projects.

The following users are listed as members of at least one of the nominated projects, and have edited within the past month.

(There are other users listed who are blocked as suckpoppets, and it doesn't matter whether they are the same poppetsucker or different ones. There are other users listed who haven't edited in a few months or years, and can be ignored.)

Delete all per the Newshunter12's analysis. These fake WikiProjects are a waste of time for any editor tempted to visit them. They impede collaboration, and should have been deleted long ago.
