'F𝐑A𝐂T𝐔R𝐄D' Is the first full length dark romance book in (The Order) duet by new to me author A.K. Drave. Spoken in multiple POV's. Searching for my next read I came across this, grabbed it, opened it and the author has given you character art along with their traits and kinks which I have never come across before, and I am so in love with this idea..
This picture is just a screen shot off my ipad to give you an example of what I mean..This is our heroine.
The blurb doesn't give much away, so I didn't really have much of an inkling what was to come my way, straight away I'm drawn into the storyline getting sucked into it fast, twists and turns seemed to come at me out of nowhere, then throw in the heat factor and my ipad near on combusted, this ticked so many boxes and even ones I didn't expect to come across.
I had so much fun reading this, our crazy fearless heroine had me giggling like a woman losing her marbles, the shit she put these boys through had me loving her unhinged character.
This definitely won’t be the last book I’ll be reading by this author, she took me down a dark gritty often times funny path that I gladly went down blindly.
Before jumping into this heed the trigger warnings because this author threw grenades all over the show.

My god this book is a rollercoaster ride. The plottwists killed me, the ending killed me😭
This is a very spicy whychoose filled with crazy f*ckers😂. All 5 of them are equally crazy, I love them all.
I need part 2, I want to know what crazy shit the guys are going to do to find her. I bet it will be crazy as hell.

Before I carry on…I am so in love with Iris, I just can’t tell you how funny, strong, unhinged, lovable, cute and a total bada$$ she is 🥰 read it and tell me I’m wrong 🤭🤭
The guys assignment to delete a girl called Lily Adams, they’re good at what they do, they research, they stalk, they seek, does she remain elusive?
In the meantime, Iris receives her assignment, to a$$a$$inate the Order, Elijah, Kia and Archer. Not Bellatrix she’s just too cool for her own good and kinky, oooo! A kinky snake 🐍
The plot thickens when we find out about Iris’s friend Wolf, her go to trainer and sleep partner. Someone (Ames, cos she’s the author) adds some cornflour to thicken the plot even more and we are dealt a whole pile of revelations that lead us into more deleting, a couple of background stories and secrets that should have been told.
There is blood and gore quite descriptive in parts, a lot of spice cos it’s a why choose after all and why wouldn’t she 🤤 As they are a$$a$$ins you should expect deleting and you will not be disappointed 🤣 We are left with a cliffhanger as I am sure you realised would most likely happen with this being Part one, it is an intriguing one though…shall leave you with that 🤩

What!!??? Just what! I’m not quite sure I have words right now for this book, but all I can say is that ending!
I’m gonna leave this here because this is actually my thought after just finishing this book. The turmoil I felt throughout it was significant and a rush. Each one of these characters had not so good childhoods with immense trauma that all found their place together. Seeing Iris, Elijah, Kai, Archer and Wolf fight for theirs lives all together was perfect. I wasn’t sure if I was gonna enjoy the book at the beginning with how everything was playing out, not seeing how they would get along. But as this book went on with the twists and turns and seeing them all find themselves both together in their separate dynamics but also in their full family dynamic was amazing. Every single last one of these characters are strong and badass in their own ways and the immense combination of all of their kinks made the spice in this infernally hot. I enjoy it so much.
So much plot, spice and drama all wrapped into one book and an ending that both hurt my heart, but also has me on the edge of my seat for the next book already!!!

It’s hard to put into so many words how much I loved this book, I went feral and read it in less than a day and it didn’t disappoint in the slightest. The dedication and prologue had me hooked within a couple of pages which makes a book for me. I loved all the unhinged behavior, the trauma, the plot twists. There wasn’t a single chapter in this book that didn’t have me surprised and wanting more. I loved all the characters and their personalities, the backstories, the growth for them. Honestly this one has to go into my top favorite books for the year it was that good. The ending honestly had me almost throwing my kindle because I wanted more and more but it ended quite perfectly for everyone to keep them on their toes for the next one. This was everything I could have hoped for and so much more I have so much I want to know after reading in which I’m sure I’ll go feral for in book 2. Highly recommend reading the triggers for this one

What is even happening right now!? This book. I’m still reeling from that ending, this is only part one so I knew we were in for it but I am invested in these characters now. It is impossible for me to even choose a favourite at this point I adore them all. Each character just brings their own unique piece of their little messed up puzzle, creating something kind of beautiful. I can’t wait to see what happens next. Please ⚠️check your TWs⚠️ before proceeding as the list is extensive. This is a Dark Why Choose with 4 Hitmen & 1 unhinged hitwoman…sword crossing and a snake, who gets to “participate” if you catch my drift.

So, yes... check the trigger warnings please. This book is a lot. First off, it is filled with utterly wicked scenes (many kinks.) There is plenty of violence, some a bit grotesque. This is dark, in case you didn't figure it out. The characters are perfecto. They are all a little fractured, and they are not people you want to be on the bad side of. They are killers after all. While there is a sort of romance in the story (Reverse Harem Style,) that is not the main plot point of the book. She's meant to kill them, and they are meant to kill her, but there are so many secrets and twists and turns and unveilings, that they just never seem to get around to it. There is a thriller/suspense element. There are a few chuckles here and there as well. It alternates between POVs.. several POVs. It is a longish read, so it may take a little longer to get through, though it does keep you glued to the pages, so if you are able to read uninterrupted, then maybe you can finish it quicker. ;) As I mentioned, it's dark and the sexual content is just as dark, and it is filled to the brim with it, but don't let that distract you from the plot. I think it goes without saying, that this is intended for mature readers. Oh, and it does end with a cliffhanger with one last surprise twist.

Talk about twists. I had no idea where this book was going to go. I thought I did, then nope another twist. It was absolutely amazing, I loved it!

I love Iris! Talk about an unhinged, strong fmc. She was hilarious. The banter between her and the men was perfect. She’s just as unhinged as they are and it just worked!
All the men were so different. I loved how the relationships with each grew. I really love Wolf & Kai. There’s some enemies vibes, stalker, and lots of dirty talk.

I'm going to start by saying I personally have no triggers, so I went in blind, but as always, I highly recommend you check before starting, This book has 40+ triggers!
This book had everything and then some,
from the very first pages I was in love, the character art at the beginning was amazing and gave you insight into each character.
Iris has got to be one of my favourite FMC. She is strong, extremely unhinged, but absolutely adorable all at the same time, and i definitely wouldn't be able to choose a favourite MMC between the guys either.
I don't want to give too much away in this review, but it's was an absolute emotional rollercoaster to read, and it had suspense, plot twists, surprises, brilliant banter, and spice that was off the chart amazing and I can’t wait for part 2 now as I need to know what happens next.

OMG! Hands down one of my favorite reads this year! The storyline, the spice, the twists and turns🤌🏽 I laughed, I kicked my feet, I cried, I felt every single emotion reading this book! Each mmc brought their own vibes to the table and I honestly can’t even pick a favorite! And that fmc? badass, and not that annoying ott badass fmc that grates on your nerves. I couldn’t put it down once I started! Shame I can only give 5⭐️

I'll start off by saying WHAT A WILD FUCKING RIDE THIS WAS! (In the very best way.) I didn't not expect it to be so damn HOT, DELICIOUS and JAW DROPPING.
Yes okay, it was super fucking spicy but the plot was soo good too. There was so much depth to the characters, Their backstories are heartbreaking. The plot twists hit left, right and centre and the characters were just so fucking cool. Iris is such a bad ass, I haven't read such an unhinged FMC before but I'm here for it. The stuff she does in this is WILDDD but like go you girl, all the power to you 😏😂.
This was absolutely insane and so good. The cliffhanger and plot twists had me baffled!!

Iris, the FMC is one of the baddest bitches and I just adored her - her humor, her boldness, her ninja skills, her soft side, all of it. The guys…*sigh* I mean, who doesn’t love a hot assassin or 4? Elijah, Archer, Kai, and Wolf were just a hot mess and this story took us through glimpses of their brokenness, some healing moments, and was just mmm. I also loved the artwork included, I think that was a great touch. Such a great spicy 🌶️ read 🥵 but the ending, rude 😆

Wow what an incredible and heartbreaking story! Each character stole a piece of my heart in different ways. They have vastly different personalities and each brings something special to the group as a whole. I hurt for their past but loved witnessing them take back their power and begin healing together. There were a few heart stopping moments that had me on the edge of my seat, a lot of steamy scenes that had me fanning myself, and some WTF moments that still have my jaw on the floor. Overall I loved this book and absolutely cannot wait for part two.

For a first time why choose, I am absolutely obsessed with these characters.
Kai, Archer, Theo and Eli are our hot MMC’s and honestly how can you choose!? They were all amazing, loving and crazy in their own ways.
Iris our fabulous FMC was such a BA woman and this girl took zero guff from anyone, she’s who I wanna be when I grow up!
There was plot twist after plot twist and the level of unhinged was exceptional!
That cliffhanger though!!!!!!! I NEED THE NEXT BOOK YESTERDAY

This is my first A.K Draven book and I was not disappointed. If you want a why choose romance where are characters are truly unhinged, this is the book for you! Iris has shot up to the top of my favorite unhinged FMC’s and every single FMC has a new place in my heart.
This book is about unalivers and the scenes are detailed so make sure you check the trigger warnings. The ending had me wanting to throw my kindle as it came out of nowhere. I will definitely be reading the next book!

Wild. This book is truly a wild ride. Why choose/reverse harem. Read this book within 2 days once I finally sat down and started. This book is sexy, dark, includes masks (if you know you know). Definitely read the triggers if you have any. I love the FMC Iris and I love how each of your relationships is so different. Such a great read.

Outstanding from the beginning to the end this book has it all.
I was hooked from the first chapter I absolutely love the bratty FMC her cheeky comebacks and her off the wall humour. Her four main men are the thing of dreams and the chemistry between them all jumps off the page.
This is the first book in the duet and yes you will be craving more. The story line is strong with great background and so many twists and turns.
I highly recommend this book but as with any that I recommend you MUST read the TW first this book is not for the faint hearted as it has some dark themes and is high on the spice scale.
Now I wait patiently for part 2.

This book was like a combination of Den of Vipers and Satan’s Affair (both five star reads for me), so if you liked either of those books, you should definitely give this a shot! There’s A LOT of spice (definitely more spice than plot) and VERY dark. The second half was very suspenseful and ended on a MAJOR cliffhanger, so I’m going to have to read the next book for sure.

This book had me giggling and dropping my jaw so many times. It also had me groaning and gasping. So much drama action a Snake named Bellatrix and a baseball bat named Medusa. They were like secondary characters. The men were so kinky and dominant but so was Iris. She was the PERFECT match for them. Eli Kai Angel Wolf had me hooked from page one. This girl knows how to do revenge but so do they. The Blender Scene comes to mind IYKYK.
