When he first meets Francesca she is waling along the street with her friend who happens to live in the "neighborhood" that the Ferraro family own sorta speak but it isn't like the mafia type they own it because they take care of the neighborhood, they see no harm is afflicted on them. When stefano sees her he knows that she is for him and he goes after what he wants. He is very possessive and demanding but in the way that he wants to protect her from evil, he does come off strong at first which has Francesca overwhelmed but soon she realizes that they are both made for each other. She wasn't strong at the beginning which made her seemed kind of week but more into the story you see what happened to her in the past that now has her beginning to get her strength back. Loved them together as well as having his family all willing to protect her because she is his. This was filled with love, and suspense mixed in with some hot alphas. Great story can't wait for the next one...more

Ember and Joseph are cute together she is innocent and he is dark and demanding bur that doesn't stop her from putting him in his spot. 3 quarters of the way when he leaves to finish business that killed me the goodbye was horrible I was crying but he does redeemed himself. It was taking me longer to read this book, at first I thought it was boring so I kept putting it off but then I buckled down and finished it. It was good I don't know why I couldnt get into it but eventuallly I did. I like the whole dragon scene, Ive read other paranomoral books but not dragons now I am deffinitally a DRAGON fan. I loved how Pia would talk to her baby, dragos such alpha and when he would say please learning some manners cute.Can't wait to read the next book....more
