it still feels weird to me me for finishing this series. I mean, I had read this series since August and I feel really ... weird. I feel like I just bought the first book yesterday instead of months ago. I feel like I just read the first book yesterday instead of months ago. Months ago, I thought I would feel okay when I finished this series but I do not feel that way. I feel ... like empty or hollow on the inside, you know what I mean, right? like there is this sad feeling and you just want to read it forever and ever but you can't because the story is over and there is nothing you can do. the only thing you can do is hugging the book because that way you would feel much better, like you actually hug the main characters. maybe this is how it feels like when you have to say goodbye to your best friends who have always be with you. no matter how difficult the situation is but they are there.

I always envy those people who grew up with Harry Potter series. I envy them because they have such incredible childhood and me, I was a muggle that time and I used to hate reading novels so much and I had never once thought that I would love reading novels as much as I love breathing.
Harry Potter series also has a great impact in my life. I was the kind of girl who always shy and never be myself because before reading HP I wanted people to like me, so I became what they wanted me to be and I rarely stood up for myself even when I knew I was right but Harry Potter series has changed me.
you guys do know Luna, don't you? many people called her " Loony " because she believed in many things but Luna didn't care what they called her, she kept being herself and she had never ashamed to show her true self and that was the time I realized I was such a stupid girl who let my so-called friends changed me to be the girl I didn't even want me to be and now, my friends often say that I am such a weirdo or crazy girl who is very different from them because I love reading books so much and you know what? I just don't care about them anymore. I don't care when they say about me such a weirdo because I am not ashamed of being myself anymore because this is who I am and Luna also taught me one more thing, when you are being yourself and everyone teases you because of it. don't you ever worry about it because your true friends will come to you. these friends will accept who you are. Just like Luna who has amazing friends, Harry Ron, Ginny, Hermione and Neville. [image]
like I told you, I used to be very shy that I never stood up for even myself. few weeks ago, my friend who always insulted me, she insulted me again and no one in class was brave enough to stand up for themselves. the next thing I knew was that I snapped back at her and she was shocked and she has never insulted me again since that accident and she is kind of nice to me and we're friends now. This series has changed me to be a braver person.
I don't think I can say this is a review because it's all about me and one more thing,,(view spoiler)[ I will never ever forget 2nd May 1998. I lost so many great friends Remus, Tonks, Colin, Fred, Sirius and many more.
I really want to say many thank you to Mrs. J. K. Rowling who wrote this awesome series because this series has changed me to be a better person and this series also changed me to be so much braver person. Thank you very much, Mrs. J. K. Rowling and thank you very much for reading this guys. ❤❤❤

I'm really enjoying this series so far but this series gets darker and darker. the first three of this series were so funny and cute even though there were sad scenes on them and the fourth, fifth and sixth books contained so much pain and I even shed more tears for these book than I did for the the first three. I have lost a favorite character that always made me laugh and smile. this character is Sirus Black. I even still can't get over his death. but let's admit it that maybe there's a death of character that we will never get over.

PHLEGM
I have never liked Fleur Delacour very much since I first saw her on the book four and then I saw her again on the book four as Bill's girlfriend or Fiancee and I also laughed when Ginny called Fleur Phlegm. I also still don't how Bill fell in love with her but yeah, she is pretty but I thought Bill deserved someone better than her. I like Bill so much. he is so cool with his red long hair. maybe I didn't like Phlegm because I was jealous hahahaha okay it is not maybe, I was jealous. but look at this scene :
''E is always so thoughtful,' purred Fleur adoringly, stroking Bill's nose. Ginny mimed vomiting into her cereal behind Fleur. Harry choked over his cornflakes and Ron thumped him on the back.

that was really annoying and Ginny also found it disgusting. Hermione and Ginny didn't even like her. but she changed my mind on the the end of this book because when Bill was attacked by ... that werewolf guy who bit Remus when he was a kid. Bill is no longer as handsome as he used to be but Fleur still loves him. she doesn't care about how he looks and I even thought she would leave him after he was attacked but she didn't and that time I changed my mind about her. She is the right girl for Bill, even though I am a little bit jealous hahaha xD
Ron and Hermione
I ship these two so much and I really really like Ron. Ron and Hermione are always funny. they always bicker about something and I think the first time Ron fell in love with Hermione was on the book four because he was so angry when he knew Hermione went to the Yule Ball with Viktor Krum and in this book Ron hurt me so much. He thought that Hermione kissed Krum and he was so angry and jealous because of this and he kissed Lavender in the common room that was full of people and it also broke Hermione's heart.
Harry looked into the corner she was indicating. There, in full view of the whole room, stood Ron wrapped so closely around Lavender Brown it was hard to tell whose hands were whose.
And I was so angry in that moment

but all my anger was gone when he was poisoned and he said that while he was asleep. I think he was trying to say Hermione, so that meant he dreamt about her and I forgave him that exact time and he also didn't really like Lavender anymore since then. he even pretended to be asleep when Lavender came to visit him in the hospital wing. so that meant he didn't like her anymore and I don't think he actually liked Lavender before he was poisoned. I think he just kissed Lavender because he wanted to make Hermione jealous and feel hurt, which he successfully did.
Harry And Ginny
have you ever thought why Ginny had relationship with quite many guys? wait ... not many guys because she just dated two boys, Dean and Michael. But she always got a boyfriend as soon as she split up with her ex and my thoughs about this is probably right because Ginny said this to Harry on the end of the book
'I never really gave up on you,' she said. 'Not really. I always hoped ... Hermione told me to get on with life, maybe go out with some other people, relax a bit around you, because I never used to be able to talk if you were in the room, remember? And she thought you might take a bit more notice if I was a bit more - myself.'
I think Ginny always dated a guy as soon as she split up with her ex because she always tried to forget Harry, so maybe if she had a boyfriend, she wouldn't love Harry anymore. But according to what she said she never really gave up on Harry so that means she has always loved him. I was a bit sad when Harry said they can't be together again because Harry was afraid if something would happen to Ginny if they kept seeing each other. he was afraid if Voldemort used Ginny to get him. but I didn't angry with him because this just proved how much Harry loves Ginny and I am sure they will be together again. I hope so ...
Dumbledore's death
I admit that Dumbledore is not one of my top favorite characters in this series but I always found him funny and a bit weird, in a good way, of course. But his death left me in shock because he was actually pleading to Snape but Snape killed him with The Avada Kedavra curse and I thought Snape was on the good side. What will happen now after Dumbledore died?! He is the only one Voldemort is afraid of. I have this feeling that I'll to lose my favorite characters again ...

Second Time Read Review
To be honest, it was pretty hard for me to decide how many stars I would give to the book. On one hand, I liked the book, but I didn't love it, but on the other hand I felt like I couldn't give it less that 5 stars because I wouldn't be the kind of woman I am today without this series. This series changed me and when I look back at the old version of me, I feel I don't really recognize that girl anymore. So yeah it was pretty complicated for me to rate this book.
I think the reason why I didn't love it because I knew what would happen, so the shock was not there anymore. But then I loved the second and third book. hmmm, It's pretty confusing when I think about it. basically, I liked this book but I didn't love it.
Cedric Diggory's death
I cried you know when he refused to take the Triwizard Cup and he told Harry to take it. He was just so good and noble and when Harry told him to take the cup together, I was grinning while crying at the same time because I was so proud of Harry's decision. BUT I STILL CANNOT ACCEPT HIS DEATH. He didn't deserve that kind of death. I really hate Voldemort and Wormtail. They deserve a painful death and may them rot in hell for all the evilness they have done. Honestly, I still can't believe that there are death eaters who actually support Voldemort. Like what the fuck? Voldemort is evil and so freaking bad.
Snape Being Mean To Hermione
I do not hate Snape but there were moments where he just left me gaping with disbelief on my face because he acted pretty mean and annoyed me. For example is the moment where Harry and Malfoy were fighting and they tried to hex or curse each other, but Malfoy's spell caught Hermione and Hermione's front teeth became longer. Like very long until they passed her collar but then when Snape saw them, he said
Snape looked coldly at Hermione, then said, 'I see no difference.'
I was shocked when I read that part because what did Hermione do to deserve that kind of response? that was just so mean. I felt sorry for Hermione right away in that scene. I wanted to say to her that "it's okay, the teeth can be fixed and Snape was just being bitter."
The Morning Before The Third Task
I really love the Weasley family with no exception. Percy is my least favorite though. This book is indeed a reread for me but I did not remember at all about this scene where Harry was told to meet his family before the final task and I totally did not know who would come because the Dursleys couldn't possibly come, so who's this family? and then when I realized that it was Mrs Weasley and Bill, my eyes suddenly became teary. It was so clear that Mrs Weasley, Molly, cared and loved Harry. Harry is so lucky to have the Weasley family. They're such a nice family and come to think of it, how can Malfoy mock Ron's family? to me it's so absurd. The Weasley family is a great and I adore this family.

okay let's begin with Cedric Diggory.
My Most Saddest Scene
Cedric was a nice guy and he was really sweet and I liked him. I was so shocked when he died because I thought he would be alive until the last book and he died so fast that I just sat on my bed and I was like " What did just happen? " I still can't believe he died in such a young age and it was all because of Voldemort. Oh! and I was so proud of Harry too! he's so kind that he suggested Cedric to hold the cup with him, So there would be two winners not only Harry or Cedric and I was so confused who I wanted to get the cup first, I liked Cedric but I also liked Harry. So I was very happy when Harry suggested that but that happiness vanished as fast as it came. The cup was a portkey and the cup transported them to Voldemort and Cedric died so fast that I didn't even cry. I was just so shocked. [image] because what would Harry say to his parents?! and I was so worried what about if they blamed Harry for this ?!? but thankfully that didn't happen. Cedric's parents were very sad but they didn't blame Harry. They even thanked him for returning Cedric's body to them.
My Favotite Scenes
I think there is something change between Hermione and Ron. Ron was so mad when Hermione went to the ball with Viktor. He said it was because Viktor was from Drumstrang and he said Hermione was fraternizing with the enemy. But I still don't believe this at all. Before Hermione went to the ball with Viktor, Ron liked Viktor so much that he even wanted to get his autograph and I think he acted like that because he was jealous. hahaha. it was so funny and sweet to see Ron got jealous and there's also this scene :
'Known what?' said Ron quickly. 'You haven't been mixing up Love Potions, have you?' 'Don't be stupid,' Hermione snapped, starting to pound up her beetles again. ' No, it's just ... how did she know Viktor asked me to visit him over the summer?' Hermione blushed scarlet as she said this and determinedly avoided Ron's eyes. 'What?' said Ron, dropping his pestle with a loud clunk. 'He asked me right after he'd pulled me out of the lake,' Hermione muttered. 'After he'd got rid of his shark's head. Madam Pomfrey gave us both blankets and then he sort of pulled me away from the judges so they wouldn't hear, and he said, if I wasn't doing anything over the summer, would I like to -' 'And what did you say?' said Ron, who had picked up his pestle and was grinding it on the desk, a good six inches from his bowl, because he was looking at Hermione. 'and he did say he'd never felt the same way about anyone else,' Hermione went on, going so red now that Harry could almost feel the heat coming from her, 'but how could Rita Skeeter have heard him? She wasn't there ... or was she? Maybe she has got an invisibility Cloak, maybe she sneaked into the grounds to watch the second task ...' 'And what did you say?' Ron repeated, pounding his pestle down so hard it dented the desk. 'Well, I was too busy seeing whether you and Harry were OK to -'
but before she could finish that sentence Snape came. Ugh. why did he have to come when she hadn't finish it!?!? but that scene was sweet and funny wasn't it?! AHH MY HEART!! [image]
The Plot Twist
The plot twist in this book was better than the plot twist in first book, second book and third book. I swear I didn't expect that at all! I thought the bad guy was Ludo Bagman because he acted so strange. He asked Harry whether he wanted his help or not and so I thought he was the bad guy. then there was a scene where Moody was the bad guy but he wasn't Moody. he was the imposter of Moody and the real Moody was imprisoned in his own trunk and this imposter was Barty Crouch's son.

I have several things to say about this book, but first of all, I'm going to say that I love the Marauders, except Peter Pettigrew because he's a fucking a coward and he made Lily and James died! I hate him so much and when Sirius voice broke after he told Harry what truly happened that he was not their Secret Keeper, but it was Peter and then he found out that Lily and James died, I felt like my heart was cracking and I wanted to hug him and said to him that it was not his fault. Oh God, I just feel really sorry for Sirius.

Remus Lupin is such a sweet character
He is honestly the best Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher! and he was also a caring and a sweet guy. He often smiled. He's smart, fun, and kind! he defended Neville when Snape bullied him or whatever that was because he kind of underestimated Neville and that was pretty mean, you know. I mean, yeah Neville might be reckless or that he often made mistakes, but seriously that was mean! he did not deserve it and I was so glad when Lupin defended him. This man was very amazing. so ... umm where do I find a guy like him in real life? he's such a sweet guy!
OH! and one more thing, when Lupin was ill and he did not come to the class, but Snape came in the class instead ( I guess he was substituting this subject for a while because Lupin was ill) and he gave the students an assignment about werewolf so someone would realize his symptoms. UGH. SO WHAT IF HE'S A WEREWOLF? I mean, it would be okay if we put certain precautions. Basically, Lupin was just an amazing guy and I really like him. I am so sad that he resigned from teaching Defence Against the Dark Arts. He's the best teacher for this subject!

Professor McGonagall and Professor Trelawney
One of the best scenes in this book for me is when Professor McGonagall and Professor Trelawney bickered. It was too funny ahahahahaha. Thank God, I was at home when I read this scene. I would surely get funny looks, if I laughed in public place.
'If you must know, Minerva, I have seen that poor Professor Lupin will not be with us for very long. He seems aware, himself, that his time is short. He positively fled when I offered to crystal-gaze for him-'
'Imagine that,' said Professor McGonagall drily.
HAHAHAHA I bursted out laughing when I read that part. That was just so funny.

Hermione being disrespectful toward Professor Trelawney
Look, I really adore Hermione. She's smart, brave and such a devoted friend. She's honestly one of my inspirational characters that I adore very much. However, I did not like it when she was being disrespectful toward Professor Trelawney. It is okay, if she did not like the study or believe the study or whatever it was. It is totally okay. I also have some subjects that I do not like to study, but I never disrespect any teachers. So It just slightly annoyed me when Hermione being disrespectful toward Professor Trelawney

'Well, honestly ... "the fates have informed her" ... who sets the exam? She does! What an amazing prediction!' she said, not troubling to keep her voice low.
Indeed, I can see her point. I understand her. But still, it is not okay to say something like that. She did not even keep her voice low! That's just not okay at all in my opinion.

Harry Potter is a 13 year old boy now. He stays at his uncle's and aunt's house like he usually does for the whole summer. But this year is different, he can not control his anger anymore and he leaves his uncle's and aunt's house. There is also a man named Sirius Black, Mass-Murderer and follower of Lord Voldemort escaped from Azkaban. Most prisoners go mad withins weeks in Azkaban but this man doesn't and people say that he is coming after Harry and in Harry's first divination class, Professor Trelawney sees an omen of death in Harry's tea leaves and now, the school grounds are being Patrolled by DEMENTORS.
My Opinion
The cover of this book is so BEAUTIFUL! and the story was as amazing as the cover. I also found a new favorite character in this book and this person is Professor Lupin!! He is so cool and he is the best Defence Against The Dark Arts teacher I have ever met. because you know, all the Defence Against The Dark Arts teachers from the first book were not nice guys at all including that guy with useless ability. What's his name again?? LOCHART! GILDEROY LOCHART. I just remembered his name. Actually, where is he now? no one mentioned him and I hope I won't see him as a teacher in Hogwarts again. I still can't forgive him for what he was about to do with Ron and Harry in the second book. That guy is pathetic.

I loved all the characters in this book and Fred and George weasley were so funny in this book. Percy is the last person I like. I don't hate him but I don't really like him too. He's so stritch about rules and sometimes he annoys me but not much. here is my favorite scene :
'How're we getting to King's Cross tomorrow, Dad?' asked Fred, as they tucked into a sumptuous chocolate pudding. 'The Ministry's providing a couple of cars,' said Mr Weasley. everyone looked up at him. 'Why?' said Percy curiously. 'it's because of you, Perce,' said George seriously. 'And there'll be little flags on the bonnets, with HB on them -' '- for humungous Bighead,' said Fred. Everyone except Percy and Mrs Weasley snorted into their pudding.

I laughed so hard in the middle of the night because of this. I wish I were there to see Percy's face when Fred and George said that. Oh! and I remembered I laughed so hard too when Ginny said he found out that Percy was kissing Penelope Clearwater, his girlfriend. I mean Percy is so stritch about rules and he always study, study, study, so the thought of Percy's having a girlfriend was never crossed my mind. But he was cool enough to get a girlfriend. *shrugs*
I was so shocked when I found out that Sirius was innocent and the bad guy was Peter Pettigrew. how could he betray his own bestfriend?! I think he did it to save his own skin without thinking twice about his bestfriend's life. James and Lily Potter died because of him and how dare he to say that Sirius was the one who betrayed James Potter! this guy is more pathetic than Gilderoy and I was shocked when Harry told Lupin and Sirius not to kill him and put him in Azkaban instead. That moment I realised that Harry was so kind. this guy was the reason his parents died and he didn't want him to be killed.
This book also have the best ending. the ending in this book made me grinning but don't get me wrong, the ending in the first and the second book were all great too but this ending was perfect.
'What's that?' he snarled, staring at the envelope Harry was still clutching in his hand. 'if it's another form for me to sign, you've got another -' 'it's not,' said Harry cheerfully. ' it's a letter from my godfather.' 'Godfather?' spluttered Uncle Vernon. 'you haven't got a godfather!.' 'Yes I hav,' said Harry brightly. 'He was my mum and dad's best friend. He's a convicted murderer, but he's broken out of wizard prison and he's on the run. He likes to keep in touch with me, though... keep up with my news... check I'm happy...' And grinning broadly at the look of horror on Uncle Vernon's face, Harry set off towards the station exit, Hedwig rattling along in front of him, for what looked like a much better summer than the last. This book was so much fun! And I honestly enjoyed it more than the first time I read it. I didn't know how much I forgot about this book until I reread it, so I probably enjoyed it very much because I mostly forgot many things in this book. So there are also some things that I want to talk about,
Gilderoy Lockhart
He was so annoying and irked me so much. Especially in the scene where he set loose of pixies in Defence Against the Dark Arts class and he couldn't even fix this mess! And told Harry, Ron and Hermione to put them back in the cage and he left them, I was like " what the hell? " he's so unbelievable. But I must admit that he made me laugh like in the Duelling Club, he was disarmed by Snape and that scene was so funny until I laughed out loud.
I disliked him very much for lying about those stories! He's such a liar. Ugh. Oh and he deserved what he got in the end that he lost his memory because Ron's wand backfired at him.
Hermione Granger
I was shocked when I realized that Hermione liked Lockhart. That guy was so annoying. Maybe he was charming BUT he didn't even know any useful spells, like when Harry broke his arm, he conjured a spell and that spell caused Harry to lose his bones in his arm! He just made it worse instead of helping him.
And even though I was shocked, I also laughed when I knew that Hermione put a Get Well card from lockhart under her pillow when she was in the hospital wing hahahahaha. I guess she really liked him. that scene was just so funny. 😂😂
Well, overall I really enjoyed re-reading this book and I'm going to read the third book now! Bye! ❤️

Okay guys, before I started reviewing this book, I wanted to tell you something. This saturday, I read this book until 04:30 am and I completely didn't realise that I was reading for 4 hours or so and on that same day I had an economy course with my teacher and I completely forgot about that too until my mom reminded me of it. the course started at 10:00 am o'clock and I woke up at 11:00 am and maybe I'll get into a little bit trouble when I'm coming to school on Monday because of this. But I really couldn't help it! THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD AND I COULD NOT STOP READING IT!! [image]

omg! this book! I had a lot of feelings! Anger. Sadness. Happiness and many more and the chapter I most loved was The Duelling Club. it was so funny to see Professor Snape disarmed Lockhart until he was flying because of the impact of Professor Snape's spell hahaha. xD I don't like calling Lockhart a Professor because he clearly didn't know any spells that were usefull for his students or anyone... Maybe just a Memory Charm. but it was only usefull for him to do his nasty business. ugh and he was a liar too. all those books he wrote were all faked. and what schocked me was that Voldemort was used to be a human! and Voldemort was not his real name. His real name was Tom Marvolo Riddle but he changed it. I mean, not an ordinary human,of course. he was a half-blood. his father was a muggle and his mother was a witch. I knew he was a Slytherin and he studied at Hogwarts too but I never thought him as half-blood was or a child or a teenager. because he was so evil that I couldn't even imagine what he would look like in the past and he *coughs coughs * used to be handsome... oh! I love Quidditch too! I don't really like sports but it's different with Quidditch. Quidditch is wonderful and amazing! I even always scream like " YOU CAN DO IT HARRY! YOU CAN CATCH IT!" and when Gryffindor wins I always scream like " YAY!! GRYFFINDOR! GRYFFINDOR! " Am I weird? hahaaha. AHHH. I wish Hogwarts were real. I wish I were at least a muggle-born. I have only read two books in Harry Potter series but they already have changed my life.

you must have read the first book, which is Illuminae and if you haven't then you need to go to the nearest bookstore and buy it. seriously you have to read it. I have to admit that I didn't really like the first book as much as I liked the second book. Not even close. you can read my review of Illuminae here to know why I didn't really like it, So if you were like me, didn't really like the first book then please DO NOT give up because there are new main characters in this book and these characters are really really awesome and the plot is even better than the first book and the illustrations in this book are so ◼◼◼◼ing BEAUTIFUL. here, let me show you one of them. These are the reasons I loved this book so much :
The Romance
I don't think there is a love triangle in this book. but yes, Hannah had a boyfriend at the beginning of the story. but I don't think she loved him. he did care and liked him but love? I don't think so ... and I don't think there was even a scene where she kissed him. she was still confused about her feeling and there was a part that showed it and you'll find it when you start reading it and she only loves Nik and Nik also loves her.
The Main Characters

Hannah is the station captain's daughter. In my opinion her personality is different from Kady's personality. I liked Hannah more than Kady but Kady has a great hair! it's pink! and Hannah is really kickass! according to Russo, she has black belts in Krav Maga. Jeet Kune Do. Muay Thai. that's really impressive isn't it? so it means she knows how to protect herself and she doesn't always have to risk her boyfriend's life to protect her. they could just protect each other instead!
Niklas Abraham Malikov

Nik is born from a criminal family. his father also a criminal but I don't know about her mother. I think he never mentioned her*taps chin* and he is different from his family. I don't think he wants to be a criminal but he has to live that way. The most part of him that I love is his heart because he is so kind and he has such a hero heart and he is really really brave. God, I wish I had him in my real life ... oh! and he is also hot. I mean, he is seriously HOT. you want a prove? here's the prove
His nephew Nik is leaner, good-looking. Dark hair and darker eyes. Dimples. The kind of abs you get from around five hundred sit-ups. you have to read the book to know the rest of it ;p

The Plot and The Pace
the plot was even much better than the first book! but it doesn't mean the first book wasn't good. it was good but not as much as the second book. The second book was AMAZING! and I really like the pace of this book. for a slow reader like me, I could read it much faster than I used to.

two corporations are at a war over a planet covered by ice, it's called Kerenza IV. This corporation decides to invade Kerenza and kill all the people who lives there. But it mission doesn't entirely sucess and there are thousand of people who survive the attack and they are in 3 spaceships, ALEXANDER - 78V , HYPATIA and COPERNICUS. Their destination is the nearest jump station, Heimdall and it takes months to arrive. The Lincoln ( one of the enemy spaceships) chases those spaceships to kill all the witnesses of Kerenza attack. But The Lincoln is the least of their problems because there is a mutating virus that will kill them all before reaching Heimdall.
So, the questions are will they survive? what's the name of the enemy corporation? what kind of virus it that? what is the name of the virus? and what will hapen if someone gets infected by this virus? I'm sure you guys are thinking about those questions but I'm not gonna tell you the answers you have to read the book to know the answers of those questions :p
MY OPINION
*phew* I'm finally writing this review because I've been very busy since 25th July, which was the first day of my last year in high school. So guys maybe I won't be as active as I used to be on Goodreads because of school but I still check GR once a day, So I'm so sorry when I haven't replied your comments or messages but I promise I will reply them as fast as I could. :) okay, now let's talk about this book. This book was so unique and the hardcover of this book is so F***ing BEAUTIFUL!! the papers are thick and the COVER!!! I even brought it to school once because I wanted to show how beautiful this book was to my friends but they all stared at me like I was crazy because this book was thickier than our school books.
the first time I saw this book in a bookstore I was like " OH MY GOD.OH MY GOD.OH MY GOD!!!! *hyperventilates*" I bought this book immediately and when I arrived at home I was like "shit. I should have read the blurb of this book, what if I don't like it?? shit. shit" but thankfully, this book wasn't bad, it was really good actually. the format of this was SOOO great and I enjoyed it so much. but you must be wondering why did i give this book 3.8 stars, right? I'll tell you that later but this was what I thought before reading it : Epic Story + Sweet Romance + No Love Triangle + Slow Burn Romance + Awesome Main Characters but this was what I got after reading it : Epic Story + Funny + Not So Great Main Characters + Boring Romance + No Love Triangle + The romance was already there so it's clearly not slow burn romance or insta-love. Just don't know what to call it. + Awesome Secondary Character.
Now! I'm going to tell you why I gave it 3.8 Stars!
Boring Romance
the romance was already there because Kady and Ezra were brokeup but they still loved each other and it wasn't such a surprise when they were be a couple again. is it just me who didn't like the romance? tell me on the comment below :D
Ezra wasn't a bad character but I still don't know why I can't love Ezra, but I cried so much when he... you know "that scene". I just couldn't feel the romance and I didn't even know who Ezra was and what did he do that made Kady loved him?? I much prefer reading a book with both of the main characters don't know each other and then they start getting to know each other and like each other and finally love each other because I almost always can feel this kind of romance and know the male character as well. So when Kady loved Ezra I was like " wait.. what!?!?! you love him? how could you love him? I don't even know him so I don't love him." [image]
Awesome Secondary Character
the secondary character of this book was so AWESOME!! I loved Jamie so much! I just knew him and that scene when he was holding a little was so sweet. he's even better than Ezra! Ezra was nothing compared to him. oops sorry guys. he's so funny and made me laughing so many times! I can't even count them. I WANT THIS KIND OF GUY IN MY LIFE!! ❤❤❤ (view spoiler)[but you know what will happen when you love characters so much, don't you? YUP THEY DIED THEY FUCKING DIED AND THEY LEFT US CRYING FOR DAYS. The Story And The Pacing
To be honest this was one of the reasons I gave this book 3.8 stars, the other one was Jamie. I loved him so much so yeah, I'm going to give extra stars for this book. I liked this book very much! the story was so original! the authors of this book are genius!! *claps hand* [image] The pacing of this book was fast! I'm a slow reader and I was shocked when I read 100 pages because usually I only can read 60 or 70 pages. So if you are a slow reader like me then I recommend you to read this book. this book is so fast, you won't even realize that you already read 100 pages and the format is so unique. it won't bored you. I didnt feel bored at all while reading it. But I recommend this book to everyone!! if you're a fast reader, I think you might finish it in 2 or so or maybe a day! because it's really fast!
Will I Read The Sequel hmm, I still don't know whether to read the second book or not because in my opinion liking the main characters are as importand as liking the story and I didn't really like the main characters. the romance was boring too, So I haven't decided whether to read the second book or not. *shrugs* [image] I just read the synopsis of Gemina! and there are new main characters!! YAY!! OMG!! I WANT TO DANCE AROUND MY ROOM NOW! I'LL READ THE SECOND BOOK!!!

My Opinion
when I saw this book in a bookstore, I was immediately stunned by the gorgeous cover. I heard this book was great it but I also heard this book was bad. I didn't really intend on buying this book but I still don't know what possessed me because when I came out the bookstore I already had this book among the other books I bought. I was fooled by the cover, I thought the story would be awesome. I had a very high expectation on this book, I knew there isn't any romance in this book but I didn't care about it as long as story was great. but the story was SOOO slow and wasn't that great so this was what happened to me while reading it [image]
I was torn between stop reading it or keep reading it. But I chose to keep reading it because I already bought the second book and I didn't want to waste my money. But I have to admit that the beginning of the story was pretty good but I got bored reading it when I reached the middle of this book and the MC annoyed me. I'm going to tell you which part she annoyed me so much.

Why Did I Give This Book 3 Stars ?
I gave this book 3 stars because it's original, this book made me laughing twice and I like The Fetch. The Fetch always made me giggling ❤❤❤ I kept reading this book just because of this guy. oh and I need to tell you guys about this

if I hadn't bought the second book, I would not have read the sequel but I already bought the sequel, So I think I have to read it and the reason I read the sequel is because of The Fetch. hehehe. I need to know more about him.

Once upon a time, There was a pink-haired girl named Amy Gumm. She lived in a trailer park with her mother. Her father left her and her mother behind to live with a woman named Crystal. When Amy turned 13 years old her mother had a car accident and started taking pills and this was the time her life was changed completely. Her mother wasn't a sweet mother anymore, she did not make breakfast or dinner anymore and she often went to bar, she cared her pet rat and didn't care about Amy. So Amy, she had to take care herself and her mother. One day, there was a tornado and transported her and her pet rat to Oz. But Oz was different. Dorothy found a way to come back to Oz and she had a taste of magic. She turned wicked and all of her friends were wicked and Amy's adventure was began.
My Opinion
when we talk about Oz I'm sure you would be thinking like this Oz [image] But this book is very different from that Oz. This Oz is very dark and corrupted and I liked this book, the story was good and I liked the writing style too.
the first day I read this book I was so excited and the pacing was pretty fast but it all changed when I reached chapter 30. I don't know why but it got slow and it bored me so much. I even thought to DNF it but I ws already on chapter 30 so I had to make myself to finish it *sighs* [image]
the most thing I didn't like about this book apart from the pace was the relationship between the MC and the people around her. is it just me or this book doesn't describe the friendship between Amy and the people around her??? seriously, I felt nothing. when the first time I knew this book was a retelling from The Wizard Of Oz. I was so excited because I thought there would be an amazing friendship between the MC and her friends. while reading it I felt like this book was just focused on the how to kill dorothy and forgot to describe about the friendship. In my opinion the friendship between the MC and the people around her/his is as important as the story.
The Romance thankfully there's no love triangle in this book. . The romance in this book is so weird. at the beginning of the story they hate each other and all of a sudden they love each other. the romance in this book was is confused me, the MC and the love-interest (Nox) don't talk much and all of a sudden he kisses her. it is weird they don't even talk much and then fall in love??? if there were a guy kissed me suddenly, I would definitely punch him. but Amy, I think she looks happy. This is my second time reading this book. I still remember how I enjoyed it very much years ago when I read it for the first time. Like it was so magical and adventurous and I fell in love with the series right away after I finished reading the first book. So I decided to reread it this year because I miss all of the characters, the humor and the adventure. Moreover, this series also changed me. I wouldn't be the woman I am today without this series ( and also along with other books ).
I still liked the book, but I just felt like it wasn't as fun as I read it for the first time. When I began rereading this book, I still remembered the story and the events clearly, so that's probably why I didn't enjoy it like I used to. BUT I still liked it. It was fun and great!
My favorite scene in this book is when Harry, Hermione and Ron wanted to reach the Philosopher's Stone and then Ron and Harry were some kind of tangled or strangled? By a plant and the thing to save them was something that emanated warmth and suddenly Hermione said that there were no woods and Ron was angry and shouted whether she's a witch or not because she could easily conjure a spell to help them and I guess she forgot that she could do that and I honestly laughed out loud because it's so funny hahaha. Grey London : This is like our London, it's magic-less city and most of people here don't believe in magic except Collectors and Enthusiasts. This London smells like smoke and our MC, Delilah Bard ( Lila) from this world. Magic is forgotten in this world.
Red London : This London is very different from Grey London because there's magic in this world and The magic in this world is balanced, Humanity and Magic are Balanced. This London smells like freshly cut flowers, Our MC Kell is from this world.
White London : This London is ruled by Athos and Astrid, The Danes Twins. This is a straving world, people here are always hungry for power. whoever kills the ruler then they're gonna be the next ruler. This London smells like blood.
Black London : The magic in this London is pure, So humanity and magic aren't balanced and the magic itself controls the people here and feeding their energy. there was something bad happened in this London and people don't talk about it anymore.

Kell is an adopted prince, he carries the monthly correspondents from his London, Red London to the royals of another Londons and he has a dangerous hobby, he likes to smuggle things from his London to another Londons and he smuggles for Collectors and Enthusiats and they will pay him with the thing kell askes them. ( it's kind of like trade in my opinion, Kell will give them the things they ask and then they will give him the thing he wants ) but this hobby gets him in a serious trouble and the trouble leads him into meeting Lila.
what is the trouble? who are Collectors and Enthusiats ? how does he travel from his London to another Londons? what happened to Black London? you have to read it to know the answers of those questions and this book won't disappoint you.
My Opinion
it took me 9 days to finish this book but I didn't regret my time at all. It such a wonderful book. actually I knew about this book a few months ago and then I read people's review and I avoided this book because I thought a book without romance was boring but a few days ago I didn't know what to read and there was so many people loved this book, So I decided to read it because my helpful friend Simona said that it's a great book. I trusted her and then I begun reading this book.
The Characters
Oh my God!! the characters in this book seem real to me!! and I liked it so much!! most of YA books fill with perfect guys but in this book the characters aren't perfect but their flaw make them special, Just like Kell. His appearance is not perfect but his flaw makes him special to me. the villains in this book made me so angry and not all books I've read made me feel angry toward villains. The moment I hated the villains, I also realized that I would like this book very much and it's true!!!

The Romance
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I LIKED A BOOK WITHOUT ROMANCE!! there's not really a romance in this book but the friendship between Kell and Lila are AMAZINGGG.
Kell blinked and spun to see Lila standing there. Alive, and in one piece. "it's not possible," he said. The edge of her mouth quirked up. "it's nice to see you, too." Kell threw his arms around her. And for a second, only a second, she didn't pull away, didn't threaten to stab him. For a second, and only a second she hugged him back. "what are you?" he asked, amazed. Lila only shrugged. "Stubborn." they stood there a moment, leaning on each other, one keeping the other on their feet, though neither was sure which needed more supporting. Both knew only that they were happy to be here, to be alive.
this was my reaction [image] I cried and laughing at the same time, I was happy for them and when Kell hugged Lila, Somehow I felt like he hugged me instead of Lila. Last night was pretty cold but I felt warm and happy and happy tears were soaked my pillow and my cheeks.

I'm supposed to write this review tomorrow but I have free time today so why not? I reread this book because the first time I read it I didn't really enjoy it and then I saw the cover of the second book, it's SOOOOO pretty, so I bought it but I didn't really remember what happened in the first book so I reread it and I also reread just in case I was missing something and I really hoped I would like it more the second time I read it but in the end I still don't really like it. I enjoyed it much better than the first time I read it, though.
okay, here are the reasons why I didn't really like it :
The Characters
in my opinion all the characters were flat and I was confused while reading it. sometimes I liked Kaz more than Matthias and sometimes I liked Matthias more than Kaz. [image]

I love cold-hearted boys, but Kaz was beyond cold-hearted. He scared me. and Matthias, I don't know why I didn't really like him. I just didn't feel connected to him and when Matthias said something romantic to Nina, I found myself didn't affected to those words. My face was still straight and I didn't feel anything. [image] but I do have characters that I liked, they are Jesper and Wyland. they both were really cute when they were bickering and most of the time I laughed because of them.
The Romance
in my opinion the romance between Inej and Kaz was quite annoying because Kaz was too shy (?) he didn't really say what he wanted to say to Inej. I know it must be very hard to say things you want to your crush but come on! they have known each other for ... I don't know. a year or two years maybe? I forget. [image] so the romance between Kaz and Inej irked me so much and on the other hand the romance between Matthias and Nina was a little bit better. just a little bit and at least they could make me laugh.
So the reason I gave this book 3,5 stars because I liked the Plot, The Story and some of the characters and I think this book is just not my cup of tea but I already bought the second book and I don't know should I read it? I really hate wasting money but if the second book doesn't get better than what's the point of reading it? it's also thick and probably takes quite long time to read and I also want to say HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! I hope 2017 will be filled with amazing books, laughter, happiness, love and friendships.
These 6 dangerous outcasts have an impossible mission that can make them very very rich. But if they failed, They wouldn't just lose the money but the would be dead as well. Maybe the mission would be a little bit easier if they were all friends but the truth is there are 2 persons who hate each other and the world's fate is in these 6 persons's hands
You must be wondering why I gave this book 3.8 stars while other people gave it 5 or 4 stars, right?
This book is great and I know why almost everyone loves it. This book has so many great action scenes and made my heart pound but I love reading slow burning romance but it's too slow. I don't know what is wrong with me because I didn't feel anything to all characters (maybe I had a little bit feelings to Matthias but I wasn't sure about it either *shrugs*) but I still laughed at them sometimes and I enjoyed reading it until chapter 27.

but I don't want to judge this book because there's nothing wrong with it, The problem is just in myself. I love reading books with 50% of action and 50% of romance and what I got from this book was 90% of action and 10% of romance, But I still quite enjoyed reading it. Until the ending I didn't know who I liked in this book and I didn't feel the romance( I still don't ).
in my opinion all the characters are just... a little bit boring, Maybe I had a little bit feelings to Matthias but it's already gone now. *sighs* (sorry for saying this guys) when I read this book, I just felt like this was a book because usually everytime I read books I don't feel like I'm just reading a book, I feel like I'm traveling to another worlds. Nina and Matthias are already know each other from the first page and I didn't like that because it always feels strange to me if the girl already falls in love with the guy and she ends up telling us about her journey with the guy, it's always make me feel like I don't know the guy and I end up don't know my feelings to the guy or maybe I feel nothing to the guy.

The Ram have slaves, They called them " The Nameless ", The Ram have kept slaves for hundreds of years, Some are captured, Others came willingly, While most are born into the lowly title and The Ram are the strongest clan. Zo is a seventeen years old girl and she is a healer. She is the one who volunteers to infiltrate The Ram as a spy, And to be a spy she has to disguise herself as a nameless. she knows this is a suicide mission, But she doesn't care whether she would be alive or not. but her little sister ( Tess ) changes her mind after she follows her without her knowing, And Zo must find a way to keep Tess safe and find a way to get Tess out of that place. But to keep her sister safe isn't easy and this mission cause her to meet an twenty years old man named Gryphon, A fearless and Strongest soldier among other soldiers. The Ram always hate other clans especially The Wolf
The Romance
Ugh... This is why I don't want to read love triangle. there is a guy named Gabe and he is Zo's childhood friend but Gabe falls in love with Zo and seriously, I don't know whether she loves Gabe or she just thinks that Gabe is only " Friend " because when I read chapter...??? I even forget the chapter that I want to talk about, let me just tell you. she let Gabe kissed her cheek and held her waist and she didn't mind at all.

I still quite enjoyed this book because the Action scenes were all good but I was starving of Romance scenes and I just can't make myself likes Gryphon, he's a good man but I don't know why...I don't really like him but he made me swoon once so I think he's fine for this book and Joshua he's a good kid and I secretly wished that he would be Tess's boyfried when they grow up hahaha xD but the biggest problem is Zo because I hate her so so much. this book disappointed me, I kept reading it because I thought there would be romance scenes on the middle part of the book, But I get NOTHING

The Characters
Sofia Sofia is an orphan and(view spoiler)[her father died because of Roderic LaRoux (hide spoiler)] and now all she wants is to kill him because he took everything she loved. at the beginning of the story I liked her but she got a little bit annoying at the middle of the book.
Gideon Gideon is a hacker and he wants to destroy LRI. (view spoiler)[ he wants to destroy LRI because his brother was killed because of Roderic LaRoux (hide spoiler)] he's really funny and he made me laugh so much, I liked him at the beggining of the story but he disappointed me because all he cared about was only how to save her (she's not Sofia.). (view spoiler)[I know his brother, Simon loved Lilac before and he wanted to save her because he thought his brother would've done it too but seriously you risked your life for Lilac and you kind of forgot your girl (hide spoiler)]
I was happy when all the 6 characters(Tarver, Lilac, Jubilee, Flynn, Gideon and Sofia) worked together to destroy LRI. but after I read the second and the third book, I felt Lilac was kind of annoying and seriously I didn't care whether she would be alive or not in this book, and all she did was crying and it frustrated me and she always needed Tarver to protect and comfort her all the time!! Jubilee's life and Sofia's life are harder than her life but they're not a crybaby!!! all I wanted her to do was STOP CRYING AND BE TOUGH!!! WAS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR!?!?!? [image]
Romance
I actually liked the romace because it's slow burning love and there're no love triangle in this book or in this series but when I reached chapter 20 I got confused because they didn't even trust each other but they kept kissing and kissing. I thought this book would be great because this is the last book of Starbound series but I wronged and I'm very very disappointed with this series. The second book, This Shattered World is better than the first and the third book.

Jubilee is captain of forces sent to Avon to crush rebellious collonist, she doesn't have parents anymore because they both died when she was a kid. She's a fearless girl and she's an expert at fight
Flynn Cormac is a rebel, the one who made him like this is her sister's death. he had a sister but she was executed when he was a kid, and he becomes a rebel because the terraforming corporation is never fulfill their promises on Avon, they promised them a better life for their children and decades later he leads the rebellion but he's a different rebel, he is a wise guy he doesn't want a bloodshed. He wants to get what he wants through a peace way.
My Opinion about this book.
if you like the first book of Starbound series then I'm sure you're gonna love this book because when I finished reading These Broken Stars, I didn't want to read anything else except Tarver and Lilac but I really wanted to know the ending so badly so I decided to read the second book and this was what happened to me.

Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner are very very genius, this book is better than These Broken Stars. So, I want to say if you like the first book but you haven't read the second book because you're not ready to let Tarver and Lilac go, you really really should to calm yourself and read this book because you'll see Tarver and Lilac again but you might probably forget about him because of Jubilee and Flynn, because that's what happened to me.

The Romance
Wow, I couldn't even describe it, all I can say is this is a slow burning love and the romance is really really sweet and you might probably will cry when you read this book because this book is so beautiful, so so beautiful.
(view spoiler)[ when I knew that McBride was the one who killed those people instead of Jubilee, I was very very angry and I really wished he died already, and I was really really happy when Jubilee shot him on his head. Yes, I was being so creepy but I couldn't help it I was really really happy because he deserved that after he killed Fergal, he's just 5 years old kid, how could he even possible to kill a 5 years old kid?!?! and I cried so much when the whisper took Flynn's body because I was afraid if he died.

Seven years ago, the compound was raided by police. The leader of the gang were Blur and Hunter. they were both died in the attack. With the two leaders dead, the rest of the gang gave up without a fight. but not all of the members of this gang were arrested, There was one girl who could escape, her name was Renna Carrizal, she was sixteen years old when it happened. Seven years later, She becomes the best thief. She decides to retire from this job, but before she retires she wants to finish her last job, but this last job changes her life entirely. This last job makes her meet Hunter, her crush when she was a kid and used to be the leader of the gang. But he's different from the Hunter she knew. Now, his name is Finn and he is a military captain and he hates her so much.
My Opinion
this is my first NA book that I could finish, I was so excited to read this book because I have planned on read it since a few months ago and I love reading Science Fiction book too. The first day I read this book, I liked it very much. The actions scenes in this book were very good. but I got a little bit bored of reading it when I reached 80%. [image] I just couldn't wait to finish this book and read another book.
The Romance Ugh.. the romance was boring and flat. I don't know whether it's inta-love or slow burn romance because Renna has been in love with Finn/Hunter since she was a kid but then she argues with him a lot but still has a feeling for him. The romance in this book is annoying and unrealistic. maybe this is going to be a light spoiler. Finn and Renna get trapped in the enemy building and they are being locked up in a room together by Aliens and Finn is injured because he gets beaten by one of the aliens. guess what they do in the room?? you must be thinking that they're trying to get out of that room right?? But NO, THEY DON'T DO THAT. THEY KISS EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GET OUT FROM THE ROOM!! and this was my expression [image] and I was like " really?!?! you both are kissing in this kind of situation?!?!" and that was not the only one that that made me angry. when I reached 70% or 80% of this book, Renna still thought to leave this mission and run away because she didn't want to get involved in this mission anymore, I swear I really wanted to punch her when I knew she wanted to run away. Will I read the second book ? [image] I would be crazy if I read the second book. I just don't want to read this series anymore.
Why did I give 3.7 stars if I didn't like this book ? I gave this book 3.7 stars just because the action scenes. The action scenes are very great and I liked the secondary characters too especially Kojima *winks*

I read this book for the first time years ago and I remember that I liked it so much. I even cried over this book and I thought the book was amazing. So I decided to reread it because I loved it years ago and I wanted to see whether I still loved it or not. When I finished reading it, I just thought that the book was fine. It was funny and quite good but I didn't love it. There are also some reasons why I gave this book 3,7 stars and here are the reasons :
The Plot
In my opinion, the plot was slow and so many things happened and there were many information. But the strange thing was that I didn't feel bored reading it. I knew and I felt the pace of the book was too slow and many things happened but the book was really good at keeping my attention. I could read the book for hours and I would just feel like I merely read the book for only minutes. But the problem was that I was overwhelmed with all the problems. It wasn't confusing but I felt like all the problems crammed inside of my head and overwhelmed me. There was also a time where I would just stare at a wall and think about all the problems. Like wow so many problems.
The Writing Style
The writing style was one of the reasons the book didn't make me bored. It was good and funny! I rarely laugh when I read but this book made me laugh several times and clapped my hands in delight. So the book was pretty fun and even though there were many problems in the book and I got overwhelmed by those problems, I still enjoyed reading it and the writing style was one of the reasons why I liked this book.
The Characters
Solara was a unique character for me and I rarely read a character like her. It was ... refreshing? or something. So she wasn't good at weapons and this felt different and so refreshing for me. Like how many times have I read a character like her? I don't know and I don't even remember. I was pretty shocked but then I got excited and grinned so wide.
A black hol- ster hung low on her hips, complete with two pulse pistols she had no clue how to use. The outside of her thigh showcased a sheated blade. Its curved edge screamed menace, but she'd probably sever her own artery trying to draw it.
isn't that amazing?! A character that isn't good at weapons. For me, it's amazing. She's definitely a character that I rarely read and it's sooo refreshing and she's also a kind person. I mean, she and Doran fought a lot but she wasn't mean toward him. Well maybe they annoyed each other but she wasn't mean toward Doran, even though she didn't like him at first. In real life, if she were real, we definitely would be friends and I would be so happy to be her friend. She was just a really nice person. On the other hand, Dorian was just ... fine. He made me laugh and smile sometimes but I didn't like him that much. He was just an okay character.
KANE AND CASSIA. OMG. THESE CHARACTERS. THEY WERE SO PRECIOUS. I liked them a lot. They were also the reason I laughed when I read it. The way they bickered was just so funny and pleasing hahahahaha, I felt like I wanted to get a popcorn and watch them bicker. They were just really funny! like there was this scene where they bickered and then the next moment they were just really excited together about something and I who read it was like shaking my head and laughed at them. They were just such great characters. I liked them so much! and about the other characters, well they were also good but not my favorite.
The Romance
The romance was the kind of romance that I love. It was enemies to lover kind of romance and it was done quite well. The romance was not actually my favorite thing from this book, which was surprising because I used to adore the romance very much but now I just think the romance was pretty good. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing either. But in my opinion, it was also done well because of the slow-paced of the book. So the pace of the book matched with the relationship between Solara and the other characters. The romantic relationship with the love interest and the friendship she built with the other characters.
I didn't give it 4 stars because the book didn't play with my emotions or my heart and I LOVE books that play with my heart and the romance was just okay for me.
Overall, this book was just a quite fun read and it was also funny. It was a pretty good book to spend my time with. Even though I didn't love it in the end, I didn't regret reading it.

this book tells us about an 18 years old girl named Solara Brooks. She lives in orphanage for 18 years. She has a plan. Her plan is to go the outer realm to start a new life. and that plan cause her to meet an 18 years old boy named Doran Spaulding, who bullied her all through high school. but Solara has no money to go to the outer realm so when she meets Doran and he's the only person that can "help" her because no one else wants to hire her as servant because of her knuckles tattoes. and Doran hires her to become his servant in exchange for a ticket on his ship and their wonderful journey begin when they meet each other.

My Opinion this book is so wonderful and I really really felt the friendship between all the Banshee's(it's a wonderful cargo ship) crews. only 3 books that made me feel like this, they are under the never sky series, the lunar chronicles series and this book.
