I finished this! Again.
They left me. Again.
It's a bittersweet feeling. On one hand, I am completely satisfied with how Meyer decided to tie things up, but then on the other, i wouldn't have minded another book. Things felt a little rushed at times?
The only complaint I have is Thorne and Cress's relationship. It feels wrong? I don't know about you guys but Cress is like a child in my head. Then we have Thorne who is a little narcissistic. Don't get me wrong, i still love the shit out of him. All I'm trying to say is he and Cress don't make much sense, or maybe as a couple, they lack development. His abrupt attraction for Cress was a bit inconceivable. I just didn't buy his sudden feelings for her. Where did they even come from? I would have preferred them just being friends. I think Thorne would be more suitable for someone like Scarlet and Cress with Wolf.

Silly, selfish . . is what he wants you to think. There is so much more to his character than just being the funny one. <3
Scarlet: (The Red Ridding Hood)
Ballsy AF! The sass on that one!
Wolf: (Well, the Wolf!)
Alluring with his alpha male thing going on. Like, he is literally an alpha, not cringy ones we see so often. AND he loves tomatoes.
Winter: (The Snow White)
A three-legged the most adorable puppy
Cinder: (Cinderella)
Undaunted. This girl just never gives up.
Kai:(The Prince Charming)
We love you, but where are the others?
Jacin: (The Huntsman)
HIM! His character development was my most favorite. Such an ass but i can't help but love him. His transformation from one side to another left me awestruck. This boy is all over the place.

I loved when Cinder jumped into the water, that whole scene was so intense. And when Winter and Scarlet meet Storm for the first time. So good! What were your favorite parts?
When Levana and Kai got married. Haha kidding :D Hmmm it's a difficult question! There are so many things. I loved all the parts between Scarlet and Winter. I found everything Thorne said really funny. And yeah I loved it too when Cinder jumped in the water. But I think my most favourite moment is when Jacin told Cress he would protect her, second to Winter. I think that was really sweet. So much love and friendship in this book.
Nooo! I was so sure someone was going to stop the wedding but no one came to his rescue. Poor Kai. Scarlet and Winter were my favorite as well. I love when we see Jacin from Winter's POV he seems like a sweetheart but as soon as the the POV changes he turns into a jerk. SO MUCH LOVE!!
Yeah I really thought the wedding wasn't going to happen. Oh yes, that is so true about Jacin! Shows how much Winter loves him.
Winter's reaction to her dead pet was so touching. I kinda cried at the end when she was playing his ghost. Awww
I hate it when animals die in books!
I hate it when aminals die. Period. I had a little lamd when i was little, one day my family killed it and ATE IT. I cried for weeks and become a vegetarian. Heheh i should write a book on this.

Calaena is annoying but i love everyone else, especially Monan!! Who doesn't show up untill the 3rd book. Dont worry it's no spoiler, het story has nothing to do with Calaena's. Yes, please do yourself a favor and read the Raven Boys. I can never predict how someone would react to it. It's a very strange story with very unique characters (my kinda book). People eiter HATE it or LOVE it. Hope you are one of the later ones.

My friend Chelsea loves it, says it's character driven and that's good for me. I do love the covers and I think the premise is very interesting, but I've never read urban fantasy or Maggie Steifvater before, but I saw an interview with her and found her to be charming and down to earth, so that means the strange and unique is totally authentic to her.
ah, this is reminding me how much I enjoyed this series and how diverse it was. Winter was the first book I read with a brown girl (like myself) as a main character who's constantly described as beautiful (like the way fair skin and pretty colored eyes usually are in most books). It hold a special place in my heart <3
