Sue Thanks Chelsea. I stayed away from it for a long time, unsure about it. A recent review by another GR friend convinced me that's a mistake.

Sue I hadn't realized how many of my friends liked this book. I've placed it on my library list. Now I just need to find a place for reading it. I have 3 books waiting for me right now so I don't think the present is the answer.

Barb H Chelsea, , yes you must read The Kite Runner . Of course it is much better than the movie, which seems to miss a point or two.
Thanks for mentioning his new book. I didn't know about it!
