Crudo is about a forty year old woman who's about to get married. Her life is changing, the UK is changing, the world is one big boiling pot which she's aware of due to consuming the news and being on Twitter.

This is a short, fast paced, direction and ideas changing novel, that should have greatly appealed to me, alas I couldn't get into it, many a times I found myself not taking anything in, I didn't feel anything except for mild irritation about not knowing what the point was.

Lisa (NY) Sounds frustrating- I know that feeling!

Tundra I just reread my own review on this as I couldn’t remember anything about it and it seems my feelings were very similar which is why I probably didn’t remember it!

Tundra, I've had many books I read and then I couldn't remember anything about them, it's so frustrating. In my case, I mostly write reactions without going over the plot much, it makes remembering what the book was about even harder without reading the book's blurb.

Even thought we've all been there, it's frustrating.
