Well I might have been able to do it, some idiot set his apartment on fiore three levels below mine and now my apartment stinks, the stairwayis dirty and stinks as well and letting air in doesn't help much either because no burned stuff has been put away so far, either the lessor doesn't care or is incredibly slow and inefficient. Either way I am moving out to 99,9 % and so will be busy. I still read books and post updates but I won't be able to review much anytime soon.

Tell me about it. I could have been out there searching for new apartments already if the idiot would be available and I would know when I can quit the new contract, because I don't want to pay two rents at the same time when I don't have to.
I am currently living at a friends house and already packed all me clothes and books (erxcept for the ones that I basically got from the street) so the olfactory damage can be minimized as much as possible.

If my apartment is on fire or damaged by fire...I don't know what I'd do.

It wasn't directly damaged by fire, the apartment still looks good (except for the door) but it stinks, the entire house does and so far nothing was done to leviate that so pretty much everyone is going to move out permanently.
