History[edit]

While 18-Volt is walking along Emerald Street, he encounters Ralphie, who is crying because someone took his Nintendo 3DS and games. When 18-Volt asks who took them, Ralphie points to a girl. The girl introduces herself as 13-Amp, and 18-Volt challenges her to a rap battle, on the condition that the winner gets the loser's games.
