An Utsutsubo biting Wario

Utsutsubo are enemies in Wario Land II. Appearing as orange, snake-like fish (described as "eels"[1][2] generically), Utsutsubo resemble their real world-counterparts. They sport white patterns on their backs, and their mouths end in a pair of powerful jaws with tooth-like extensions. They are encountered in Get in the Tea Cup only, where they reside inside of holes within a cavern only, waiting for Wario to get in reach before attempting to latch on to him. If an Utsutsubo is successful, it drags Wario down their cave and pull him into the strong currents at the ground, forcing him to restart the cave portion as well as causing him to lose some coins. There is one instance where Wario has to be bitten by an Utsutsubo in order to reach the hidden treasure of the level. Utsutsubo cannot take damage.
