Moved to lex.dk

[edit]

@Adam Harangozó, Thierry Caro: This month the encyclopedia was moved from kvinfo.dk to lex.dk where also e.g. Den Store Danske Encyklopædi (Q1186818), and Dansk Biografisk Leksikon (Q1164910) live. Proper HTTP redirects from kvinfo.dk to lex.dk have been set up, so the existing links still work. However, I think we should migrate to the new lex.dk IDs. We could either create a new Wikidata property and deprecate the old one, or we could just update the existing. Any opinions on that? I suggest doing the latter. It should be an easy bot task. I'll do it if there is consensus on this. --C960657 (talk) 11:13, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you search Google for "links:https://www.kvinfo.dk/side/597/bio/" there are some results, also the links are being used on Wikidata references a handful of places, such as here: Q4916306. This was found with the search: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:LinkSearch?target=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.kvinfo.dk%2Fside%2F597%2Fbio%2F . In my opinion there aren't enough uses of the links on the internet or in Wikidata's main namespace to warrant making a new property, so replacing the identifiers in-place should be fine. All numeric IDs have now been migrated to lex.dk-style IDs. --C960657 (talk) 21:11, 4 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
