Motivation
I'm not an expert in elections in other countries, but in Brazil we have one voting round for Legislative and Executive with often a second round to the Executive's positions, both rounds are compulsory for literate people between 18 and 70 years old. In every voting round, for each position, you can (1) vote for one candidate or party, (2) spoil your vote by entering a number that represents none of the candidates, (3) press the "blank button" (similar to "none of the above") or (4) not show up to the ballot in the day of election, having to justify your vote at an electoral judge. (2), (3) and (4) aren't used for the electoral results, just for statistics.
In my work with the integration with Wikidata and other Wikimedia projects, particularly trying to create a structured narrative via Wikidata about Brazilian elections, I noticed that the abscence of those properties causes a lack of information. Ederporto (talk) 18:04, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
