Motivation

This new Wikidata property for authority control for cultural heritage (Q18618628) would help improve our coverage of the history of Texas (Q1149383). We won't use the single-value constraint (Q19474404) as there is one entry per type of marker or protection issued or monitored by the Texas Historical Commission (Q2397965), regardless about whether or not it comes down to the same structure eventually. Many will have two statements, as they are numerous properties that are both a National Register of Historic Places listed place (Q19558910) and a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark (Q7302881).
