[edit]The Shree Sharanabasaveshwara temple on the bank of Tungabhadra halla (a kind of small river) is a holy place in Gorebal. Shree Sharanabasaveshwara Jatra is held in March every year and is well known around Raichur, Koppal and Bellary districts.
