Touch screens and dragging book sections

Touchscreen tablets cannot drag&drop at all. Pressing the screen for an extended duration effects a long tap, which is often treated similarly to right mouse button clicks -- for example, it might be used to display a context menu. The 'manage your book' page lacks an alternative interface accessible to a touch screen. Touch screens also make precise interaction difficult, so tiny icons placed next to each other are very awkward. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.134.229.172 (talk) 05:12, 5 December 2012 (UTC)

Old books

Hello: I am trying to locate my old wikibooks I was working on, and it seems they got deleted for some reaSON. One is about Latin American Airports, another about boxi9ng fights, but I cannot remember their name. How could I recover them?

Also I am writing a novel, I have 45 pages, and was wondering if I could use this tool to publish it?

Thanks for all your help! Antonio 21 Bananas in my head Martin aqui, 13:22, 2 December, 2012 (UTC).

You can filter your contributions list by namespace; that shows that you worked on Book:Major Airports of the Hispanic World, Book:Boxing's greatest fights and Book:Latin Airlines last January. If there are others that have been deleted, they would be listed in your deleted contributions - I can't check those for you but you have the necessary sysop permission. And, no, the Wikipedia "Book" feature is only for repackaging Wikipedia articles, not for publishing original work. -- John of Reading (talk) 13:02, 2 December 2012 (UTC)
