Times note

[edit]

I've removed a passage from an NYT of Badura-Skoda--given how short the article is, it seemed to push things a little far in a certain direction:

Bernard Holland of the New York Times has suggested that he was only successful as a studio musician who was "then unwise enough to tour [the United States ] in person. His mediocrity revealed, Mr. Badura-Skoda returned to Vienna, where he lives on in relative obscurity."

As far as I know, this pianist isn't widely regarded as, y'know, sux0r; I'm sure he's gotten bad reviews, but I don't believe the (extremely harsh) Holland summation of him is typical of the critical response. Iralith 03:23, 30 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

AT&T iPhone + random article = chaos.
