Local short form
[edit]Why does it say "Local short form: none"? Shouldn't it be the famously visually palindromic ليبيا ?? AnonMoos 15:31, 4 September 2005 (UTC)
Important notice
[edit]The government section of the "Outline of Libya" needs to be checked, corrected, and completed -- especially the subsections for the government branches.
When the country outlines were created, temporary data (that matched most of the countries but not all) was used to speed up the process. Those countries for which the temporary data does not match must be replaced with the correct information.
Please check that this country's outline is not in error.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact The Transhumanist .
Thank you.
Constitution
[edit]The article states that Libya has no formal constitution (the link given in reference doesn't work for me, although it could be temporary, so I can't chek). This document apparently served originally as a provisional constitution. Is it still in force or was it updated ? Jean-Jacques Georges (talk) 15:42, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
Governmental framework wording.
[edit]Regarding,
- Libya is broken up into three branches of government and was once overthrown.
The whole section should be clearer, but this bit seems particularly unclear/incomplete. --Rob (talk) 07:24, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

Two pages with similar info
[edit]There are two different Wikipedia pages that have the same information. They are: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeidan_Cabinet and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabinet_of_Libya
One of the pages should probably be removed. David O. Johnson (talk) 02:41, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
I've proposed that the Zeidan Cabinet article be removed. David O. Johnson (talk) 00:32, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
