[edit]I have re-written the introduction to make Ron McMillan's significance more clear - he is a photojournalist specializing in East Asia, with rare, first-hand coverage of North Korea published in major publications. He is also the author of the first of a planned series of crime/suspense novels, notably taking place in South Korea and, in the future, other East Asian venues.
I have also added more independent sources of Ron McMillan's notability.
Per Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion, section A7 "The criterion does not apply to any article that makes any credible claim of significance or importance even if the claim is not supported by a reliable source or does not qualify on Wikipedia's notability guidelines."
I hope you will agree that this article meets the above test and at least warrants a discussion before deletion and not a summary deletion. I will definitely work to improve the page per consensus in the talk section.
