POV
[edit]The article informs about the Soviet-Nazi pact, but not that Lithuania obtained Wilno region with big Polish majority, so mostly Poles were deported from the region.Xx236 (talk) 10:16, 25 September 2015 (UTC) After the war the majority of Poles run away or was deported to Poland. It was also a Soviet deportation.Xx236 (talk) 10:19, 25 September 2015 (UTC)

Political prisoners
[edit]This article doesn't describe the fate of POWs and political prisoners, including those deported to Belarus in June 1941. Xx236 (talk) 12:40, 18 February 2016 (UTC)
Wilno region 1939-1941
[edit]- Wilno region belonged to Poland till 1946, when the Polish Communist government ceded it to the Soviet Union. If you describe Soviet deportations in 1940-1941 borders you include Polish citizens.
- If you mention Estonia, you should mention Eastern Poland, both were occupied by the Soviet Union. Xx236 (talk) 07:09, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
- Vilnius region belonged to Poland from 1919 to 1939 (illegally annexed by Poles). So it was Polish for about 20 years. – Sabbatino (talk) 08:42, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
inconsistent numbers
[edit]In this article, the number of deporties is 70,000, in the article Operation Priboi the number rises to more than 90,000! 80.151.9.187 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 11:32, 25 March 2019 (UTC)
70% of deportees were women and children?
[edit]I’m not denying this, but the citation for this claim does not work anymore. 2601:601:8582:8FF0:854:E522:99B:9E13 (talk) 07:29, 10 April 2024 (UTC)
