About me
[edit]My name is James Blake and I'm a librarian living in London. I work for Sotheby's Institute of Art and previously worked at Imperial College London and Royal Holloway. I'm a newish librarian, having previously run a wholefood shop and worked with homeless teenagers. I have a BA in English Literature from Cambridge and an MA in Library and Information Studies from University College London.
My interests include book and library history, zoology (particularly mammals, birds and reptiles), botany, Buddhism and its history, western art, and English literature, though I haven't yet got round to making contributions in many of these areas on Wikipedia.
