B Lahari Sharma, known by her stage name “Lahari Shari” (born 5 June 1988), is an Indian Film Actress and a Television Presenter who appears predominantly in Telugu-language films, TV shows and news channels. She started her Television career with “Celebrations” show - Eenadu TV channel in 2016. Lahari Shari gained more attention while she was working at Mahaa News during 2017-2019.[1][2]
Following her career as Television Presenter, Lahari has also worked in talk shows, celebrity shows and news shows in some Telugu News Channels. Lahari made her debut into film industry in 2017 in Arjun Reddy which is a Telugu-language romantic drama film, where she played a role of a nurse.[3][4]
Early life
[edit]Lahari Sharma was born on 5th June 1988 in Hyderabad. She started her career in modelling & has given several appearances into television channels in news and talk shows before working in films.[5]

[edit]Lahari resumed her career into television news as television presenter in 2016 in “Celebrations” talk show in ETV Network. In 2017, she started working at Mahaa News where her debate show with Mahesh Kathi went viral and trending on social media and internet.[2] While working at Mahaa News, Lahari hosted several other TV shows like Night Drive with Lahari, a talk show, which was first of its kind in the industry where celebrities were taken out on a drive.[6][7] Lahari has also hosted Young Achievers, Special Live Debates & AP Tourism Special Program. In 2018, Zee Cine Awards 2018 was held, telecasted by Zee Telugu, where she was a red carpet host. Lahari joined Studio N, a news channel in 2019 as creative head and was host of celebrity shows like “Iddarammayilatho” & “Truth or Dare”
Actor
[edit]Lahari made her debut in Tollywood with a supporting role in Arjun Reddy film in 2017.[8] She played a role of innocent nurse in Arjun Reddy which was a super hit film, starring Vijay Deverakonda.[9] Her role was much liked and appreciated which gave her other opportunities of working in other big Telugu films.[9] Lahari has worked in several other Telugu films like Thipparaa Meesam (2019), Malli Raava (2017), Srinivasa Kalyanam (2018 film) (2018), Agnyaathavaasi (2018), Patel S. I. R. (2017), Paper Boy (2018) & U – Kathe Hero (2018)[10][11][12][13][14]
