Image tagging problem
[edit]This bot tagged Image:AdultSwim.jpg as {{subst:orfud}}, but it was already tagged with {{subst:orfur|Image:AdultSwim.svg}}. There was no need to double-tag the image. —Remember the dot (talk) 19:17, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
- (replying to [[User talk:Remember the dot#Re: Image tagging problem|message on my talk page) - Thanks. —Remember the dot (talk) 19:32, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
This image is included in the article Hello, Dolly!. Why did you tag it as orphaned? SFTVLGUY2 12:15, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
I made the image from jpeg to svg because images if possible are suppose to be svg on wikipedia. The image was corrupt when I upload it, so I tagged it for speedy deletion. Your bot send me this even after I tagged it. Any reasons for that? --TTalk to me 19:56, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

Problems
[edit]Is it me, or does Aksibot seem to be making a lot of unneeded edits? Elenseel 07:40, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
Actually, I didn't create the image, another user created it and there was an error in the image, i uploaded it, fixed the error, and retagged it the same way he did, then the tag was changed, if you look at the file history, you may be able to contact him and have him correctly tag the image, looking at similar images may also be a good way of finding the true creator, i simply modified the error, with permission from the user, but this was over a year ago and i don't remember who it was. -- SmthManly / ManlyTalk / ManlyContribs 21:34, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
Incorrect upload date determination
[edit]Your bot tagged Image:Ionicbond.JPG as having been uploaded after 1 Jan 2006, even though it's from some point before before 20 July 2002. It seems you're checking the edit history rather than the actual file history as shown on the image page. Please fix this bug, and, if at all possible, have your bot re-check any images it has already tagged. —Ilmari Karonen (talk) 15:38, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
I explained on the Image page what the situation is; I've removed the speedy delete tage for the moment until this has been looked at by a human being.
As with other images mentioned above, the image was in any case up-loaded before 1st June 2006; your bot seems to need tweaking. I've shut it down until it can be checked. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 14:14, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit]As per the image page for this image, I did take this picture-- just forgot to tag it GFDL. It's corrected now, thanks, Mwanner | Talk 20:26, 4 June 2007 (UTC).
What is the basis for saying that this is "non-free"? It is marked as "GFDL presumed" with a clear explanation. It was originally uploaded in the Catalan Wikipedia by Llull, who makes a lot of maps; it is old enough that people weren't at that time being as explicit about licenses when they uploaded. It seems to have been superseded in the Berguedà article, so I really don't care if it is kept or not, but I believe it should be; in any case, the "non-free" claim seems dubious.
Please reply on my user talk page. - Jmabel | Talk 06:38, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit]You removed an image that was released to the media by the organization Soulforce on their website. Read my comments before deleting, PlEASE! You're made it nearly impossible for me to re-upload too... ARRGH! Give me a legitimate licensing option for a free-to-use promotional image released by a legit organization! I know there is one, but you don't make it available.
