Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Night service (public transport), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Citybus (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 12:03, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

List of Banned Hamtaro episodes

[edit]

For future reference, PROD is not an applicable deletion protocol for redirects. In this case, as the redirect was an obvious hoax, WP:G3 speedy deletion does apply, so I was able to act on it anyway. For redirects that don't meet a speedy deletion criterion, you can use WP:RfD. signed, Rosguill talk 23:17, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for replying and acting on it. I just wasn't sure if speedy deletion would apply Hkbusfan (talk) 08:58, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information of Shanghai Metro Line 16 Express Train

[edit]

Dear Editor,

I'm sorry to tell you that you deleted the important thing. The express train opens from 18 June, 2020. The express train starts from Longyang Road Station, and it only stops at its terminal, Dishui Lake Station.

Here's the reference from Jiefang Daily: https://www.jfdaily.com/wx/detail.do?id=259491

Would you please undo your last edit in "Shanghai Metro Line 16" ? Thanks a lot.

Best regards, Oscar Oscar Wai (talk) 16:40, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Sorry. It is just that it was not in the Chinese page. Hkbusfan (talk) 01:48, 3 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/NobunagasAmbition, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

You created a sock account to vandalise articles, and you have been repeatedly editing while logged out to pursue edit wars. This has to stop. This block applies to you, the individual - you may not continue editing here through IP addresses, and if you persist in doing so they too will be blocked. If you want to edit here, you will need to make an appeal that demonstrates that you understand that edit warring is disruptive, vandalism is especially disruptive, and convince an administrator that you will edit constructively (and while logged into your account) going forward. Girth Summit (blether) 13:37, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I will stop edit warring and vandalising Wikipedia pages because it is disruptive to Wikipedia. However, what if I accidentally make a constructive edit on IP after I get unblocked (if ever)?

Decline reason:

This is not an unblock request. See WP:GAB to understand how to craft an unblock request for your sockpuppetry. Yamla (talk) 10:22, 31 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Also, have my 800-900+ constructive edits been considered and the legitimacy of some of the edit wars? Does it matter if most people agree with the edit war? Hkbusfan (talk) 22:31, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Also there are legitimate reasons to use IPs to edit. Are those OK? Hkbusfan (talk) 22:32, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You are abusing IP socks. According from WP:SOCK, don’t use socks illegally. You have been reported at Chinese Wikipedia.--14.199.132.242 (talk) 00:29, 31 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Elevator enthusiast
