Username and multiple accounts
[edit]User:Innercirclepr, there have been several issues with your account, and you have been blocked.
- First, you cannot create multiple accounts or enlist other people to submit multiple copies of your draft, as you did with User:Robert Voltaire1. This is a violation of Wikipedia policy.
- Second, you clearly have a conflict of interest in attempting to write an article about Robert Voltaire.
- Third, your account name represents that you are a company (Inner Circle PR) and Wikipedia prohibits account names that represent companies or other organizations. Further, shared accounts are prohibited, accounts must be operated by a single person, not a company.
The message below provides some instructions about how you can request a username change and unblocking, if you wish to continue editing. However, note that if your only purpose is to continue trying to create this same article, you will need to follow the conflict of interest guideline and ensure that the subject of your article meets notability policy. ST47 (talk) 21:38, 9 May 2019 (UTC)
You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. Additionally, If you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for your contributions to Wikipedia, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page.
You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text
{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names.
Thank you.
