Blackburn Areas
[edit]Thanks for expanding this section. I started it because I noticed it wasn't covered elsewhere and thought it might be worth a mention. Skinnyweed 16:59, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the recognition - nice to see the article burgeoning. Theelf29 00:53, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
Rivers and Metal
[edit]Nice work on local rivers and also unrelated Iron Maiden gubbins! Belting... --PopUpPirate 00:51, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the regognition. I'd noticed that there was very little stuff on about a lot of rivers in Lancashire & Cumbria, so I felt that, having dealt with those around Blackburn, I should make that my next big thing.
- As to Iron Maiden, this Benjamin Breeg malarkey piqued my interest and I noticed there were one or two minor tweaks I could carry out. Thanks again :-) Theelf29 01:01, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
Sparta
[edit]I had just added succession boxes to the Spartan Kings articles, and then I thought I missed one. But when I looked, I saw that that king's article had just been added. It's always nice to see someone else working on the same topics you are, especially in an undercovered area such as Spartan history. Thanks. Crispus 21:38, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
- It's my pleasure. I agree it's a shame how little is here to represent the Spartans and, having delved into Pausanias and Plutarch, I'm glad there's someone else out there committed to doing justice to this fascinating culture. Theelf29 22:01, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 19:15, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for your thoughtful edits to the article. So refreshing a change from the usual! --Wetman 13:28, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- That's my pleasure. I still think there's much to be done on the article - especially regarding sources and cleanup. I daresay I'll be having another go later :-) Thanks for the appreciation! Theelf29 17:44, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
Just came across the above article via the "what links here" of Longridge Fell (which I created recently) and just wanted to say well done, it's an interesting read. - Dudesleeper · Talk 13:44, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks! Just been looking at the Longridge Fell article - nice work! Theelf29 16:50, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Blackburn History
[edit]I think it would be ideal to keep the new article, and trim down the history section in the main BRFC article, as it is so much longer than all of the other teams history. infact its about 3/4 times as long, and they all have articles named 'main article: history of.....'.
What do you think?
- That would be my ideal solution, as I think that the history section under the main BRFC article is too long and unwieldy when the history of the club has its own article. Thanks for getting back to me. Theelf29 (talk) 17:28, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

You are now a Reviewer
[edit]Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 18:00, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
The Hiram Key
[edit]I have removed two "citation needed" tags from the "Book summary" section of the article "The Hiram Key": one following the words "as most historians believe" and the other following the words "Jewish esoteric at the time." The section containing the tags is a summary of what the book says. The citation, in each case, is therefore given in the title and lede. My guess is that the editors who inserted the tags were questioning the assertions of the books authors, but did not realize that they were reading a book summary. If I am mistaken, and the tags were inserted from disbelief that the book authors had made these assertions, the tags should be restored. — Jay L09 (talk) 23:03, 18 July 2010 (UTC)

Cynfarch Oer moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Cynfarch Oer, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
