Apparently notable building from an architectural standpoint, discussed in Mahbabul Haque Chittagong guide: tourist, industrial, shipping & business guide Barnarekha 1981, and Nazimuddin Ahmad Buildings of the British Raj in Bangladesh University Press 1986.   - Unfortunately, those *are* full references. These books were published in India, and many Indian publishers did not use ISBNs until quite recently. Keep seems to be notable for its architecture, but also as a key public building. It appears on a government preservation list (item 3.5), is discussed in local newspapers (example), and in the books mentioned above. Unfortunately there are not many sources about Bangladesh online, so some library research might be needed to improve the article. --ELEKHH^T 23:35, 19 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
