It's true that adequate sourcing isn't here to justify standing alone as an independent article — however, for the purposes of Wikipedia's ability to serve as a complete reference, WP:NMEDIA specifies that a non-notable television or radio station should always still exist on Wikipedia as a redirect to a larger related topic (such as the network or service it broadcasts) rather than simply staying a permanent redlink.
