Delete or redirect to List of 30 Rock characters: The fictional character does not meet the general notability guideline and the article is a plot-only description of a fictional work. A merge is not justified since it has only one reference for a single sentence. A redirect to List of 30 Rock characters seems like an acceptable alternative to deletion.
