The result was redirect to Tibetan National Football Association. Seems clear consensus is to redirect, but some confusion over to where. I'm going to be bold here and plump for the TNFA, as that, according to the articles is where he now works, plus he is actually mentioned in the article. Fenix down (talk) 15:20, 25 April 2019 (UTC)

He fails WP:NFOOTBALL having never played or managed in a FPL or senior international match. Tibet isn't a nation and isn't recognised by FIFA. Dhondup fails GNG also. Dougal18 (talk) 08:19, 13 April 2019 (UTC)

- Redirect to Tibet national football team, of which Dhondup is or was the coach (for at least 10 years), per WP:PAGEDECIDE and WP:42. He also is/was the founder/executive secretary/manager/General Secretary of the Tibetan National Football Association [1] [2] [3] and seems to be a leading figure in Tibetan sports. Searching did not turn up any significant coverage of the man, but it did turn up coverage of the team: BBC 2003, Times of India 2007, BBC 2013 (all mentioning/quoting Dhondup). He was interviewed by TibetNet in 2003. He's also received some coverage in relation to his helping start (and later having a dispute with) the Tibet women's national football team [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]. Leviv ich 00:28, 14 April 2019 (UTC)
- Post-relist note: I don't have a strong opinion about the target of the redirect, and would be fine with either of those suggested. I'd love to hear arguments for why one is better than the other, since I don't really have any of my own :-) Leviv ich 19:53, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

- Redirect' but to Tibetan National Football Association instead. GiantSnowman 10:38, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
- Redirect to either of the two targets above, without prejudice on article recreation if better sources are found. SportingFlyer T·C 18:48, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
- Redirect - per above. Inter&anthro (talk) 18:52, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
- Comment I don't get the redirect suggestion, Levivich has shown enough sourcing to pass a basic WP:GNG article, this whole AfD is a joke. Levi why don't you improve some articles then instead of wanting to delete them all. Govvy (talk) 10:00, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: There's two different targets for a redirect mentioned and right now redirect seems to be the consensus. Relisting to hopefully establish consensus for the target redirect.
