The fictional species is non-notable. The individual members of the species are non-notable. A list of non-notable members of a non-notable species is non-notable. No reliable sources indicate that a list of these fictional aliens, several of whom do not actually appear in the series but are merely "mentioned" in passing, is Wikipedia material.
