Article about a movie with no reliable sources. A check of potential sources shows it does not meet our general notability guidelines. It did win an award at the Vues d'Afrique film festival [1], but this does not meet the "major award" criteria of WP:NFILM and it does not appear to meet any of the other criteria either.
